00:23officials announced Monday that they were freezing that aid until states can verify that there's no
00:28fraud. And in a related announcement, HHS also froze 10 billion dollars in social services
00:34and child care funding in five blue states, namely California, Colorado, Illinois, Minnesota,
00:40and New York, over fears that the funds are benefiting non-U.S. citizens.
