13:21right we're gonna start with you yes short description to chef please and tell us the dish
13:25i have a cajun seasoned uh sea bass and then i have a grilled trinity relish all around colors kind of pop
13:32yes chef doesn't seem like the skin's on there no chef sometimes when you're cooking a thin piece
13:41of fish like this with that beautiful skin it'll help it stay moist very good thank you right please
13:47tap presented this to chef so i have a guja jang and sesame marinated fish fish is cooked beautifully i would
13:57have loved to see the skin be crispy all the way across all right is the point going to cat on the
14:02red team or bradley on the blue team well i thought cat having the skin on there showed a lot of great
14:08technique point to the red team well done well done securing a point for the red team i'm feeling so
14:14good this is the confidence booster that i definitely needed up next the battle of the monkfish
14:21ho ho after a strong start the red team hopes jada can build on their early lead i'm from the
14:27schunstein state of florida so on top i did a charred orange chimichurri monkfish is tough to cook but
14:32yeah you nailed it thank you chef chris has prepared his monkfish with a pesto sauce and olive caponato on
14:38top sometimes olives can be a little overpowering with fish and there's a lot on there but the fish is
14:42cooked beautiful and it's great flavors i would say a point for both wow wow

14:57with her pineapple marinated blue fish and grits and a slaw on the side the seasoning on the outside
15:03and the grits are a little overpowering versus john's blue fish with a summer squash and sausage
15:09salad on the bottom i thought the flavors with this fisher really nice a little more delicate makes the
15:14fish pop a little more say this is for the blue team wow thank you chef thank you boom baby boom next
15:23up is jaden from massachusetts versus lisa from california with a whiskey wood smoked john dory and
15:29couscous i love that you left the skin on could use a little bit of seasoning on the fish itself yes the
15:34flavors are overall very good thank you chef jaden has prepared his john dory with an onion puree
15:40and pineapple salsa fish is a little overcooked i'm gonna give a point to the red team on this

15:52team's momentum going with her grilled sea bream over a greek style rice and it has a roasted
15:59vegetable relish i love that the skins on that fish is cooked lovely while henry from texas hopes to
16:06impress with his mediterranean inspired sea bream with hummus the the hummus i didn't think was
16:13going to go but it really works fish is cooked beautifully i think they both get a point on that
16:24right up next the battle of the flounder let's go antonio and anaya please
16:31i know anaya can cook but i know her flounder ain't better than mine i have a white miso citrus
16:36marinated flounder and i did a hard green salad on the bottom with a little bit of fennel probably
16:40could have cooked it a tiny bit less but it's hard on the flounder's delicate and thin and on the grill
16:45could be tough yes chef could use a little seasoning and a little acid on the fish yeah it's very
16:50unforgiving isn't it tough on that one thank you chef tony present the dish to chef please uh chef today i
16:55took us to baja on the bottom is uh charred poblano top is uh flounder and then a little olive oil
17:02and charred asparagus a little more salt i think would help the fish but the fish is cooked beautifully
17:07and the flavors around it really complement the fish point for the blue team i love that antonio

17:49messuya dressing i took a little bit of a risk today and i want this to eat kind of like a crudo did
