04:33yeah I'm very curious about your your family how that impacted you and shaped you it made me want to
04:41like know more about you yeah your you know Cambodian culture yeah and how that connects with how your
04:48personality and how that shows up yeah there's so many things about my household and our culture and our
04:56Cambodian customs and things like that that definitely impacted me and shaped my childhood
05:02growing up since my family and I had you know we're like the first generation here in the United States
05:08it was very hard for me because I was learning the American culture but then also I have to live the
05:17Cambodian culture at home and that was very difficult I remember we had dinner one time mm-hmm
05:23and you were telling me about parts of you know Cambodian history I didn't grow up you know there at all and I
05:33didn't live through the horror of the war but my mom and my dad and all my three sisters went through that so
05:42I'm so grateful for my life so anyway but that's one of the things that I really like about you is you
05:50really try to get to know my culture and my background that means a lot to me and I really appreciate that
06:00and anytime whenever you talk about like my family or something like that I get so emotional and then
06:08part of the reason why too is because my parents are not here anymore so when I think about my strength
06:16and to keep going on with life no matter how hard it is I think about like their strength and how much
06:24they you know fought for their lives I just remember like feeling so much sadness you know
06:33because yeah my mom and my dad they definitely went through it you know I miss my parents every day
06:41even though my parents were very strict I just remember my mother and my father always told me to find
06:51somebody that is loving and caring and generous and has a big heart I feel that Alan could be that person
07:04and we don't talk about serious things too often because we're just so jovial together all the time
07:13I mean I'm going to be getting to know you more in this trip yeah yeah we can have lots of those
07:20conversations now and we really get to know each other on a deeper level
07:36I want to hear this like song you're writing it's like a fun like pop rock or something really yeah so
07:44with Camille and I music has always been a home base for us back in the day when we started seeing
07:52each other we were sitting there writing two three four five there's a huge number amount of songs that
08:00we ended up doing this this this chemistry that we have
08:05we can't help ourselves falling one more time before life comes past us by
08:19you know what I mean is that like it's catchy
08:34in my past relationships I wasn't treated the best so having someone treat me well I'm just I'm not
08:45used to that Blake is a genuine guy he's honest respectful a gentleman and the fact that he has
08:53always been there for me yeah spending time with Blake here it just feels like sparks all over again
