00:00I think I was more in a space of feeling like I was everywhere and nowhere at the same time.
00:08Like, I'd been traveling so much and I felt like I was spreading myself so thin
00:11and I had no idea what my core, what was going on in my core.
00:17And I think that those sessions were really healing for me to, like, figure out where I was, what I needed.
00:23And I think what I needed most was just to, like, be by myself and just write and take time to figure out what I like
00:31and who I want to be and where I want to go.
00:34And that was really important for me.
00:36And we were in New York. It was, like, my first week moving to New York.
00:38I was with Amy and Emil and Grant in the studio at Electric Lady.
00:42And we were just having so much fun.
00:45We were just, like, talking through all the poetry I'd written in my European tour
00:51and then just, like, implementing that into all these songs and it felt really special.
