After citizens faced difficulties in the matter of fingerprints, NADRA has introduced a big facility.
NADRA has launched a biometric verification facility based on facial recognition, after which the problem of difficulty in verifying fingerprints for citizens due to elderly or medical problems has been eliminated.
According to the spokesperson, on the instructions of the Prime Minister and the Interior Minister, NADRA has taken several steps, under which the definition of biometric has been expanded by amending the National Identity Card laws and biometric verification has been provided through facial recognition on the Paki Mobile app.
In this regard, biometric verification certificates based on facial recognition will be issued in all NADRA centers from January 20, where citizens will be able to obtain the certificate for a small fee if needed. If fingerprints are not verified, the citizen will go to the nearest NADRA registration center and NADRA will issue a certificate after the facial recognition process is completed.
It will have a photo, identity card number, name, parentage, unique tracking ID and QR code. This certificate will be valid for 7 days.
According to the spokesperson, NADRA is fully prepared to implement this system and has requested the relevant government and private institutions to take necessary steps in this regard. After January 20, complaints regarding the availability of this facility can be filed with the relevant institution or department.
After the issuance of the digital ID, this facility will also be available on the Pak ID mobile app.

فنگر پرنٹس کے معاملے میں شہریوں کو دشواریاں پیش آنے کے بعد نادرا نے بڑی سہولت متعارف کروا دی۔
نادرا کی جانب سے چہرے کی شناخت پر مبنی بائیومیٹرک تصدیقی سہولت کا آغاز کردیا گیا ہے، جس کے بعد بزرگوں یا طبی مسائل کے باعث شہریوں کو فنگرپرنٹس کی تصدیق میں دشواری کا مسئلہ ختم ہوگیا۔
ترجمان کے مطابق وزیراعظم اور وزیر داخلہ کی ہدایت پر نادرا نے کئی اقدامات کیے ہیں، جن کے تحت قومی شناختی کارڈ قوانین میں ترمیم کے ذریعے بائیومیٹرک کی تعریف وسیع کر دی گئی ہے اور پاک آئی موبائل ایپ پر چہرے کی شناخت سے بائیومیٹرک تصدیق کی سہولت دی گئی ہے۔
اس سلسلے میں 20 جنوری سے تمام نادرا مراکز میں چہرے کی شناخت پر مبنی بائیومیٹرک تصدیقی سرٹیفکیٹ کا اجرا ہو گا، جہاں شہری ضرورت پڑنے پر معمولی فیس کے عوض سرٹیفکیٹ حاصل کر سکیں گے ۔ فنگر پرنٹس کی تصدیق نہ ہونے پر شہری قریبی نادرا رجسٹریشن مرکز جائے گا اور چہرے کی شناخت کی کارروائی مکمل ہونے پر نادرا ایک سرٹیفکیٹ جاری کرے گا۔
اس پر تصویر، شناختی کارڈ نمبر، نام، ولدیت، منفرد ٹریکنگ آئی ڈی اور کیو آر کوڈ ہوگا۔ یہ سرٹیفکیٹ 7 دن کے لیے قابلِ استعمال ہوگا۔
ترجمان کے مطابق نادرا اس نظام کے نفاذ کے لیے مکمل طور پر تیار ہے اور اس حوالے سے متعلقہ سرکاری و نجی اداروں سے ضروری اقدامات کی درخواست کر دی گئی ہے۔ 20 جنوری کے بعد اس سہولت کی دستیابی سے متعلق شکایت پر متعلقہ ادارے یا محکمے کو شکایت کی جا
