Have you ever felt deeply lonely even when surrounded by people?
This kind of loneliness is more common than we talk about and it has nothing to do with how many people are around you.

In this video, we explore:

Why loneliness can exist even in relationships and social settings

The emotional and psychological reasons behind “hidden loneliness”

How trauma, grief, emotional neglect, and lack of connection play a role

What your loneliness may be trying to communicate to you

Gentle ways to begin reconnecting — with others and with yourself

Loneliness is not a personal failure.
It is often a signal, asking for understanding, safety, and emotional connection.
