These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.
A few years ago, I was eavesdropping on two of my neighbours talking over their backyard fences and they said the following, "He has cops in there too.", which meant that my organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrator and collaborator video and photographic collections are being widely watched by everyone, along with the videos and photos sent off by my other international group associates.
That conversation phrase is very telling by itself. The police community relations liaison officers will be telling the Community Watch perps, and that would also filter outwards to the other gangstalking perps too. The uniformed and civilian gangstalking perps are being made internet famous to all kinds of nice and/or nasty international organizations, along with their perp families, friends, acquaintances, colleagues, pets, vehicles, and buildings. My global associates and I are inside every government agency, corporation, community group, NGO non government organization, in every city and country. We are watching our corrupt collaborator colleagues and recording everything.
This is like using reverse "Secret Police" tactics and methods, reversed back onto the uniformed and civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perps and collaborators, and everyone and everything connected to them.
I know this game and how it is played because I was a former Federal Government functionary from a national defence/national security related government department, former regional executive member of a major political party, apartment building owner landlord's kid. All these past roles involved some levels of psychological warfare, intimidation, manipulation, interrogation, and extracting information from people willing or unwilling. I am situationally aware of stuff.
Some of my factions of anti corruption government/corporation official and politician friends confirmed some of the things I asked them about.
