Pretty weird to say the least, but the source of this is lost media. Many have falsely stated this comes from Lazy Town or some web series called "Mouse Groundhog Cactus Alien", but from what I've heard, this comes from a now lost Teen Titans Go parody. Also, I found out the "SK" watermark stands for Samuel Kosch, so that might give me a bit of a clue.
