Oriental Rise Holdings Ltd (ORIS) Announced a non-binding letter of intent to acquire a controlling stake in Hubei Daguan Tea Industry Group, a major tea producer in China, according to Benzinga Pro. Shares surged 47.5% to $1.80 in after-hours trading.
Vanda Pharmaceuticals Inc (VNDA) Announced FDA approval of Nereus, an oral neurokinin-1 receptor antagonist, for the prevention of motion-induced vomiting in adults. Shares jumped 20.2% to $8.45 in after-hours trading.
LM Funding America Inc (LMFA) Reported third-quarter earnings of $0.93 per share, up from $0.52 a year ago. Revenue increased to $14.94 million from $13.56 million. Shares rose 16.6% to $26.20 on Tuesday.
FuelCell Energy Inc (FCEL) Filed for a common stock offering of up to $200 million. Shares fell 5% to $7.54 in after-hours trading.
One Stop Systems Inc (OSS) Agreed to sell all assets and operations of Bressner Technology to Hyper-EURO for $22.4 million and lowered its FY 2025 sales guidance following the transaction. Shares gained 1.7% to $7.27 in after-hours trading.
