40:34it took a good 30 minutes for me to stop sweating from that chorizo
40:39but it was really good
40:40because the thing is is it wasn't spicy when you actually ate it
40:44it got spicy after you had about 15 of them
40:48and then that's when it hits you
40:49but i definitely feel like
40:52we know dc a little bit better

40:55that we were able to try all these different kinds of foods and
40:59different places
41:01i would say that it made us more adventurous eaters because
41:04well it got us out of our comfort zone and we enjoyed food that we probably would have never tried
