00:00It was absolutely wonderful. It was such a surprise. I had no idea at all. Then we got the envelope and it looked official. So my wife thought it was a hospital letter. We opened it up and then I saw a member of the British Empire and all that stuff in bold letters. I couldn't believe it. I had to read it two or three times to realise it was me.
