00:00So top diplomats of China, Cambodia and Thailand have been holding talks today following the signing of that ceasefire agreement.

00:09But Mark, the U.S. is notably absent. How significant is this meeting?

00:15Well, I think you hit on the most significant part of it, that this was a China brokered ceasefire.

00:22The United States was not involved in that, although President Trump mentioned it and took credit for it yesterday.

00:30But, you know, he was the one who brokered the October ceasefire, which then broke down.

00:36And now China has stepped in and another ceasefire. And I don't know how long it'll last. It's probably pretty fragile still.
