00:00Popular celebrities. They're chestnuts. I'm an open fire. Let's get roasting. This is The Weakest Link.
00:15Behind me are eight wise men and women, all being led by a star. You're welcome, guys.
00:21They're each trying to win up to £50,000 for charity, but to do that, they'll have to work
00:25together. Seven will leave with nothing as round by round we lose the player, voted The Weakest Link.
00:31Let's meet the team.
00:35I'm Lou, a comedian from Kent.
00:39I'm Ross, broadcaster from Glasgow via Hollywood.
00:44I'm Eddie, a comedian and presenter from West London.

01:13Do you know what, guys? I was running out of Christmas cheer for a bit, but
01:16hearing you say your names and where you're from, it's really perked me up, so thank you so much.
01:21I feel so Christmassy. Okay, here come the rules.
01:24In each round, the aim is to answer enough questions correctly to reach your target within
01:29the time limit. The target for round one is £2,500.
01:33The fastest way to get there is to work together to create a chain of eight correct answers.
01:39Get your question wrong, you break the chain and you lose all of the money in that chain.
01:44But if you press your button and say bank before the question is asked, the money is safe and you
01:50begin a new chain from scratch. You've got two minutes and 30 seconds for this round and we're
01:56going to start with the person most likely to bang on about Die Hard being a Christmas movie.

06:50No, I'm going to block her on everything and never speak to her again.

07:07wasn't there?
07:08I think I'm just too glam for everyone here.

07:18and I'm just a lovely drag queen.
07:19No, I'm just kidding.
07:21Well, listen, Blue, I do think some of the votes are just because

20:36you are the weakest link. Goodbye.
