23:57All veterans, emergency services, we all meet up down there and have a chat.
24:02And then it's from there that the conversations flow and somebody might, during that time, go,
24:07actually, I need some help.
24:09When I had my breakdown, I was medically retired due to my mental health.
24:15There were days where I couldn't leave the house.
24:17I went to my first coffee morning in August and I'd just been given my notice to terminate the current job that I was in
24:24and I was at a very, very low point.
24:26Luckily, I bumped into Nigel, he could see that I needed a chat.
24:30And he asked about me, about how I was understanding from PTSD.
24:39He saved my sanity by allowing me to have that chat with him.
24:43Because he wants to help people, Nigel. He just wants, he's a helper.

26:08and I realised that coffee makes conversation
26:11and I thought this could really make an impact to people
26:13and Combat To Coffee was born.
