00:00Thank you for joining us.
00:30Thank you for joining us.
01:00Thank you for joining us.
01:40Please welcome climate solution ke jadugar, IIT Madras se humar expert mentor, Professor Satyanara and Shishadri.
02:27All the industries in India is really looking for manufacturing.
02:29It's a waste of steam and it's waste of steam.
02:32It takes that steam and generates additional power.
02:34It's almost 20 gigawatts of power and it's a lot of solar missions to build in our nation.
02:39That's the company that won the semi-finalist and finalist in the Clean Energy Prize in MIT.
02:44Thank you very much, sir.
02:47Please take a seat.
02:50Thank you very much.
03:20Hello welcome to our show. Hi. How do you feel? Great. Great. I'm so excited. You guys are fully confident about your pitch. Sure. Use your time well. Good luck.
03:36Titans, today is the time of quick commerce. We get everything in 10 minutes. Like groceries, make-up, mobile phone, imported Swiss chocolate, you can reach your home.
03:50From your morning chai to your late-night cravings, from shoes to gadgets, you get it all in just a few clicks.
03:56Titans, but in this fast delivery, the most essential service is never possible.
04:02Still one thing that cannot arrive in a few minutes. Urgent medical care.
04:06Titans, we go to hospital or clinics for treatment. But what are the medical care after treatment?
04:13The patients and senior citizens are recovering at home.
04:19In 30 minutes, the nurse, the physio, or the immediate medical attention is received.
04:24Each and everyone deserves quality care without waiting in a queue and being stuck in long traffic.
04:31Titans, a very, very popular Indian dialogue said,
04:34We don't want to live a body, but we don't want to live.
04:37But it's long for our lives, right Titans?
04:42Today, the average Indian life expectancy has increased to 71 years.
04:47And we take this life with long life, healthy and good.
04:53Lifetime Health.
04:54Lifetime Health is a service where you can book a nurse, a physio, or a complex rehab in just three clicks, and get an expert care in 30 minutes.
05:03Titans, here's a short video to tell you how we bring this vision to reality.
05:11Traffic signal red ho, here is roadblock.
05:14With Lifetime Health, your care signal will always be green.
05:20Three taps, service lock, timer starts now.
05:23Meet the lifeline of Lifetime Health.
05:34Just a few hundred plus Lifetime Riders.
05:38Traffic ho, ya tu faan.
05:40Nidhi ka mission clear hai.
05:42Patient first, always.
05:44Jog har pal ho, qiinti, or raastet ho, muskil.
05:47Aisee me ye riders hi hain,
05:49Hemare heroes.
05:50Jog health care ko aap tak record time pere laate hain.
05:59Blood sampling, post-op dressing,
06:02IV change,
06:04Yaa dadi ki physiotherapy.
06:06These guys have got it all.
06:08Har call, har ghar, har muskaan.
06:11Yehi hai in Riders ka.
06:12Teklauta mission.
06:22Titans, hum Lifetime Health ko aek aasi service banana chahte hain.
06:26Jiske zariye har bharati aapne ghar ke comfort se medical care ka uplapt kar sake.
06:32In our first year, we served over 20,000 families.
06:36And we are all set to reach 2 lakh families in the next year.
06:39We want to make quality home care accessible at each and every doorstep in India.
06:44Aur is vision tak kaunchne ke liye,
06:46hum aapse maang rahe hain eek karor rupiah,
06:490.8% equiti ke liye.
06:51Kya aap Lifetime Health ke saath haath milana chaahenge?
06:55Sir, ap thodi jayada equity minne nahe hain.
06:57Ha ha ha.
07:02We wanted to know, how did you guys meet and how did you start this?
07:05So, actually, I was excited about India, and I traveled.
07:10And I was looking for a mindset people.
07:12And I met Nabil through a mutual friend.
07:14And after a few months, we realized we should build something impactful together.
07:18So, mazedar baat ye hai ke pehlee india se log haar jateaye thain.
07:21And, ahj, bahar se log india akar kuchh shuruoat kerna chahte hai.
07:24We want to do it.
07:29Okay, so now I'll leave the business on Titans. Good luck guys.
07:33I thought, Bil, welcome Konstantin, Russian.
07:38We welcome you a little bit.
07:42This was the start-up effort.
07:45Wow.
07:46I have essentially said that his effort and traction is good.
07:49I have a question.
07:51Dr. Nabil, can you tell us?
07:54How is your patients' feedback?
07:56In detail, tell us which services are more popular.
08:00One of the main things they say is, for example,
08:03what is our caregiver service.
08:05It feels good to them.
08:07They've been with us for 3-4 months right now.
08:10Are you looking at repeat rates?
08:12See, today, more than 50% of our current revenue
08:16is about existing and repeated orders.
08:19Oh, wow. That's very good.
08:20That is amazing.
08:24What are the challenges you've faced so far?
08:27And what do you think you're going to face in the future?
08:30My background is mostly in product and IT.
08:33I was building one of the largest messengers in the world.
08:36It's called VK.com.
08:37Currently, it's Telegram.
08:38You might use it.
08:39Oh, wow.
08:40That is impressive.
08:41So I know how to create the process, how to make it stable.
08:46And we are trying to digitalize each step of client journey
08:50and each step of nurse journey.
08:52So our nurses, they are working using an app.
08:54And one of the challenges we faced initially,
08:57that all the nurses, all the physios, every person we hire,
09:02they have different background and they have their personal approach
09:06to provide this or that service.
09:09And we have, we've created something like experience center.
09:13So they have two weeks of training program
09:16and we digitally control how they do it.
09:20The whole business technology-wise is super.
09:24You both are experienced.
09:25Fundamentally, it will depend upon manpower.
09:27Yes.
09:28Your ability to hire the numbers required.
09:30If you want to launch in Bombay like a city,
09:33then you will have 1000 plus nurses.
09:36If you want to attend Bombay, length and breadth.
09:39I'm just giving that thumb rule.
09:40For me, this is a fundamental problem
09:42and the whole business model
09:44rests on scalability on this problem.
09:47This is definitely a very good question.
09:49We have also thought of starting it.
09:51Our part-time staff,
09:53they pay per order.
09:55So they have already a full-time job.
09:57They work 8 hours in hospital or clinic.
10:01We work for 2-3 hours for 2-3 hours.
10:05And every 10 square kilometers,
10:07there is a dark hospital.
10:09So the nurse who is near the point,
10:11will take orders in this area.
10:13So how does this store function as a dark store?
10:16We call it as a dark hospital.
10:18What is your current revenue on a monthly basis?
10:24Our current revenue is around 40-45 lakh.
10:2745 lakh.
10:28And we are growing every month by 20-25%.
10:32So how much are you burning every month?
10:34Around 45-50 lakh.
10:35So the revenue is 45 but your expenses are 90 lakh.
10:39Correct?
10:40Correct?
10:41Yeah.
10:42Okay.
10:43Professor Shishadri, what do you think about this business model or idea?
10:47I think it's a great space.
10:49I really appreciate what you guys are doing.
10:51One question though I have is,
10:53there is also all of these diagnostic centers,
10:56Lister's or Newberg Diagnostics.
10:58They all offer these very quick services to come collect your blood samples and all.
11:02They've also penetrated fairly well into tier 2,
11:05which is where the problems are actually more severe than tier 1 cities.
11:10Now, how do you think you want to address that and do you have in your business plan?
11:14We are actually working with a few of them.
11:16We have partner labs for Orange Health and Metropolis.
11:19And they provide us lab tests.
11:22So we don't compete with each other.
11:24And one thing I want to say about Indian market,
11:27it's a huge market.
11:29And in each category you might have 3, 5,
11:32maybe even 10 large players providing these services.
11:36And we have one big competitor in our niche.
11:40They started more than 10 years ago.
11:42But they are fully manual operating.
11:45And today we are bigger in one city than they are.
11:49How much funding have you raised so far?
11:51So far we raised 1.5 million dollars.
11:54Which would be around 12 crores?
11:56Yeah.
11:57We have a market here.
11:58The audience will actually tell us how much are they interested in the product.
12:02You have the voting meters.
12:04Yes or no button, let me tell you.
12:05Lifetime health is how much you need.
12:10Oh wow.
12:2283% of people feel that it's required.
12:25Yeah.
12:26Very wise audience.
12:28What is your ask?
12:29Just spell out your ask once more.
12:32See, currently we are preparing to raise next fanzine around 16 crores.
12:39And half of this amount is already signed by existing investors.
12:44So ready to support us.
12:46And our request from the show as a part of this round is 1 crore for 0.8%.
12:52Sandeji, tell us.
12:53You will get the idea bus case in this round.
12:55Okay, demand.
12:56No denying.
12:57Medical is a growing field.
12:59It's a recession proof industry.
13:02But to establish dark stores in every city I think is a very expensive proposition.
13:11You need to think about going asset light.
13:14I think that is a much better model for you.
13:17For this reason, their valuation is way too high.
13:21But at this stage, I am not going to shake hands.
13:24And I would be definitely going to invest in such companies.
13:25But if you have a human resource, you can get the value of your money.
13:31And the local people who are doing blood collection, who are doing stool collection,
13:37who are doing different services, who are doing different parts of every city,
13:43So this can be a very scalable module.
13:49And I would be definitely in to invest in this company.
13:52But if you're talking about human resources
13:54and you're talking about money,
13:56then this is a disaster zone
13:58and I can't do hand-shake with you.
14:04I would like to sit out of the investment
14:06but I'll be very happy to see how
14:08my women's health platform, Gayatri, can partner
14:11and create a way by which we can offer them
14:14some of your services.
14:15But I really wish you luck and I genuinely think
14:17that you're solving for an important issue.
14:20Not just a noble cause,
14:22but this is a market that will help you build your business.
14:26Professor Shishadri, what do you have to say about this?
14:28I would like to offer is,
14:30in line with the digital health mission,
14:32which is the kind of data that you're collecting,
14:34some of the support that we can provide at IIT Madras
14:37to make this into a Web3 initiative.
14:39Oh, wow.
14:40That's something that we can certainly look at
14:42and build more value to the company.
14:47I feel that you guys are doing a very good job.
14:50It's a much-needed service.
14:54I think that my investment actually
14:57will go up to 20 lakhs.
14:59Madam, your percentage of equity.
15:05Sir, do you have to encourage the founder?
15:07I mean...
15:08I don't want to...
15:09I don't want to...
15:10Founder first, put it.
15:11Don't do it yourself.
15:12Because I feel that there is really something.
15:16And it's only because of business.
15:18It's only because of business.
15:19It's because of money.
15:23So, it is good to support founders like that.
15:29She's ready to invest 20 lakhs
15:30at the valuation that you're asking for.
15:32We are happy about it.
15:33I'm happy about it as well, guys.
15:35You're happy about it?
15:36Yeah, definitely.
15:37Let's have a handshake there.
15:47We wish you all the luck.
15:48Thank you so much.
15:49And congratulations for what you're getting here today.
15:50Thank you so much.
15:52Thank you for being with us.
15:55We are so happy about this show.
15:57And we are feeling extremely good
15:59because we came here to find great and smart VCs.
16:03And Archana was our first pick.
16:06And she made an offer.
16:07So, we are so happy about this.
16:09We are saying that if any of the trees
16:11is not perfect,
16:12then it will not be a big tree.
16:15That's right.
16:16That's why we are making the trees
16:18for young Indian trees
16:19for young Indian trees,
16:20Mr. and Mrs. Paul.
16:41Hello Titans.
16:44Good luck.
16:45Good luck.
16:48Hello Titans.
17:18Oh, you're working together.
17:20Why are not areas of the rich takes away?
17:24is a great substitute thing?
17:27Why are you often problems with the錯cados?
17:29Very chu impろう.
17:30You are one of the risks of what a Multi cognitive training happens
17:32with this teaching has been stronger out of yourifornia.
17:34We don't reference this pill.
17:35I don't know how many mistakes are going to happen.
17:40Even in a few days, these mistakes are going to happen.
17:44He is smart, but he is very smart.
17:49He has a lot of anxiety.
17:52He has a lot of mistakes.
17:55He has an assessment of his teacher's teacher.
18:00He has a dysgraphia.
18:03A dysgraphia is a learning disability.
18:06He has a lot of mistakes.
18:08He has a lot of mistakes.
18:10He has a lot of mistakes.
18:14Dyscalculia or dyslexia.
18:17He has a lot of dysgraphia.
18:20He is a mission to help us.
18:23He is not an expert.
18:25He has a lot of experts.
18:28He has a lot of mistakes.
18:32He also has a lot of mistakes.
18:33He has a lot of mistakes.
18:34He has a lot of mistakes.
18:37He has a lot of mistakes on this.
18:38I have nothing to check.
18:39He is the same kid who lovesink.
18:41However, he says he has a lot of mistakes,
18:46In India, I am going to be a graduate of the 8th design school in India.
18:52I have been working on this journey for many years.
18:55I have been working on a lot of young people who have been in a business with a lot of learning disabilities.
19:01That is awesome.
19:03I am going to be able to get the children to be able to get the children to be able to get the children together.
19:16I am a person who has a job in the world.
19:21They have to do a lot of work.
19:24They have to do a lot of work in the screening.
19:27They have to do a lot of work in academics.
19:30They have to do a lot of work in regular schools.
19:33They have to do an AI-enabled screening tool in India.
19:38They have to do a patent for 4 days.
19:43So, Titans.
19:45If you are a Giftolexial investor,
19:47you can invest in a business.
19:50So, you can invest in 10 people.
19:53They have to do a lot of work.
19:58So, let us join hands to create a great impact.
20:08We would like to know something about your background.
20:10Ajith Paul, an electronics engineer by Profishan.
20:14I am Tina.
20:15I am a post graduate in economics.
20:18With management qualifications from IIM Calcutta.
20:21I have absolutely no tech background.
20:24But I have spent hours trying to understand about our technology solution.
20:29so that we can develop the solution here.
20:33As a mother, I have learned about learning disabilities.
20:36And as an entrepreneur, I have gained expertise in what we are trying to do.
20:40So, you can show us how this product works.
20:43Sure.
20:44Please.
20:45So, out could we要?
20:46But Donil will be made makers of invade the world.
20:48First time,
21:12I leave a little red house.
21:17I am a happy boy.
21:19I run and play the wild, wild day.
21:25I have a tree, a green tree.
21:29I sit under the tree.
21:31If you can spend some time telling us about what did we see?
21:44So that's an eye tracking device.
21:47It has got infrared cameras inside.
21:49So while the child reads, it captures the XY coordinate and gives a time stamp of where
21:55your eye is exactly looking at.
21:57Once the reading is completed, we have a set of raw gaze data with a time stamp.
22:02From that gaze data, we extract multiple markers, like pause, pause duration, number of pauses,
22:08cicats, categorization, amplitude, time taken to read.
22:13Number of markers are extracted from this, and we use a combination of markers to come
22:17up with a risk or no risk report.
22:20This is only screening, not an assessment, and we bring down the average age of identification
22:26is around 12 in India.
22:28We literally wait for the children to fail.
22:30Right.
22:31Here we bring down the screening age to seven or eight years when the child is in primary
22:35school.
22:36The Right to Persons with Disabilities Act as well as the NEP talks about screening them
22:41early on.
22:42So the moment you screen and the teacher and the parent knows how to support the children,
22:47you have a very, very high chance for success for the child.
22:51So immediately after screening, we do a teacher empowerment program where we give them the
23:05right understanding about learning disabilities.
23:08So we give them the right understanding that, look, these children are smart.
23:12You need to include them in, you know, in your sports day, in your, you know, in your annual
23:16day, they never get picked.
23:18Because like, you know, the typical mentality is,
23:21the child wants to do football or very good at singing.
23:25But if you help the child, you know, pursue his passion, what happens is, you know, all that
23:31he's doing is struggling.
23:33Confidence comes.
23:34Confidence comes.
23:35So, okay, I can do this.
23:36Or maybe then I can do this as well.
23:39What percentage is learning disability in Indian population?
23:44In India, it is 15%.
23:46That means one in six child in a classroom is dyslexic.
23:50But if you walk into any classroom and you see about 40 kids there and say, please raise
23:54your hand if you're dyslexic, maybe one or two may raise.
23:57And across the world, this goes across race, culture, language, you have 10 to 15% dyslexic
24:04in the world.
24:05It's just quite high.
24:06It's very.
24:07It is.
24:08This is a very big issue in our country.
24:14I'm a father.
24:15And I have gone through with my son, taking this same thing in the finest IB school.
24:20Okay.
24:21Exactly.
24:22Exactly.
24:23As you know, he doesn't get to know this in seven or eight years.
24:26Actually, 9th standard, even being in a top-line IB school, when we have dysgraphia,
24:36he's ADHD, he's OCD.
24:40Okay.
24:41Okay.
24:42And you know, having every medical facility available, but it's the same thing.
24:47You know, I've gone through with your parents.
24:50So, if you're the children of the government as school and their parents, they don't have
24:55to be able to play around.
24:57They just have to try them to play around.
24:58So, that's what you're doing.
24:59I personally, emotionally realise.
25:01What you're doing is you can earn the chance to here.
25:04I realize that you are doing what you are doing,
25:07it is a capable gift.
25:09I think the whole country should applaud you for what you are doing.
25:13Thank you so much. Thank you so much, sir.
25:20I would like to ask you, how much do you charge?
25:22We charge 600 rupees per screening if you are offering this as a service.
25:26Our scale-up plan is entirely different.
25:29People ask, why haven't you built your team?
25:32So from the beginning, we wanted to scale this through people who go to schools to do health checks.
25:39So we are not going to continue the operations part of it, maybe a small part,
25:44and through government, because the RBSK or Ashri Baal Swasti Karikram
25:48already has an infrastructure and a mandate to screen these children.
25:53So wherein they will buy the equipment, we will give them the application
25:57and we will do only the analytics part of it.
25:59So that is our idea to scale up.
26:05We ask the audience once again, what do they think about this product?
26:08The audience, you have your voting meters.
26:10Yes sir, no, you have to press the button.
26:12What do you think about this product?
26:14What do you think about this product?
26:15There is no problem.
26:16Wow!
26:17There is no doubt.
26:18Wow!
26:19Wow!
26:21Thank you!
26:22Amazing!
26:23Amazing!
26:24Amazing!
26:25Amazing!
26:26Amazing!
26:27Amazing!
26:28Amazing!
26:29Amazing!
26:30Amazing!
26:31Amazing!
26:32Amazing!
26:33How much time will we convert in regional languages?
26:38Rural India is what I'm concerned. How soon will we get this solution?
26:42So we started by developing an English language.
26:46Validated by Dr. Umahi Risave, former head of clinical psychology at Ninhans.
26:52Then we were supported by Maharashtra state government through the Maharashtra Startup Week.
26:56And they wanted us to develop Marathi.
26:58So we developed Marathi, did a small sample validation and screen students.
27:03So once we develop an Indian language,
27:05because all of them have transparent orthography,
27:08expanding it to other languages is not very challenging.
27:11So this is in Marathi?
27:12Marathi, Kannada and Malayalam.
27:15What do you need for these rupees?
27:18We would like to enter the market in a big way, scale.
27:22So we already have committed support from two governments.
27:26One is a grant and the other is a CCD.
27:31Well done, well done, well done.
27:35I would prefer that all titans can participate,
27:38because this is such a great deal.
27:41And there is no need for this in the root level.
27:44There is no need for this in the root level.
27:47So first of all, we will take the offer from Jimmy G.
27:51Our ask is 35 lakhs for 5% liquidity.
27:56I am accepting 35 lakhs for 5%.
28:08Congratulations.
28:24Arshana.
28:35You are going to have multiple military commitments by today.
28:37Theors of everything you want to do which you need.
28:40Yes.
28:41I am zich not seeing more than with them.
28:48So, man, I will only have good support.
29:23CSR is required, we can raise it as well for your product and launch it in those centers.
29:30The second thing is this IITM Global is being set up in five different countries to take IITM outside of India.
29:37We would be happy to take you along in that initiative as you are interested in expanding outside as well.
29:42Thank you, thank you so much.
29:44You are getting full support from IITM here.
29:47Come, let's have a handshake.
29:53Thank you very much ma'am, thank you for your initiative and I am very happy the whole floor is with you here.
30:10All the mentors and our expert mentor, everybody is with you.
30:15Thank you, thank you very much for being with us.
30:17Thank you so much.
30:19Thank you sir.
30:20Great experience and we're so happy to get all of them support us in one way or the other.
30:27And it was great that Jimmy sir has a similar experience to what we had.
30:32So he could relate it exceptionally well with that and supported us without even any negotiation.
30:40Let's move on to the audience question.
30:41Let's move on to the audience question.
30:42In our audience there are many future entrepreneurs and they will have many questions, I believe.
30:47So anyone who wants to ask any questions from our Titans and our expert mentors?
30:52Hello, my name is Rachana Nigam.
30:55My question is from Professor Satyanarayan Shishadri.
30:59Sir, has any student launched a startup?
31:04If yes, what is your experience of mentoring a startup?
31:09Quite a few.
31:10In fact, I set up our what's called as the campus pre-incubation CELTA because they are
31:14all first-time entrepreneurs who are so passionate about tech.
31:18They don't want to do all these other things.
31:19Because they are tied to the tech, if this does not work, they just want to leave it.
31:24So now the culture is changing a little bit.
31:26So what we train them is to go market first.
31:29So I had introduced a course there called customer discovery.
31:33So the course title is innovative entrepreneur customer discovery.
31:36You have to ground them in how to do proper customer discovery, how to access the market,
31:42how to narrow down their focus, because the market is large.
31:46I mean, the objective means everybody says it's such a large market, I'll go everywhere.
31:50I mean, the beachhead market, you have to identify and go in a small narrow region
31:54and establish yourself.
31:55That's the most difficult part.
31:57But we have had as of now, from just the student community, more than 25 startups launched.
32:03And some of them have started getting their series A funding.
32:06And right now the pool is about 150 startups.
32:08I mean, this is not even our incubation cell, which is outside our campus.
32:12Within campus, we have a program like Nirman.
32:14In that, we have these kinds of student metrics.
32:16So it takes time.
32:17So it has taken us almost eight years to build it.
32:20But now it's starting to churn.
32:21So there's more students.
32:22Students become mentors to other students.
32:24So it does happen.
32:26Thank you so much, sir.
32:28Oh wow.
32:42Oh wow.
32:47Welcome to Nilima Roy Chaudhary and Kalol Kunar.
32:54Wow!
33:07This is time.
33:09But this is not time of time.
33:11This is time of new time.
33:13This is time of time.
33:15To reach the Lord,
33:17we have to go to the temple.
33:19This is time of time.
33:21This is time of time.
33:23This is time of time.
33:27AI Chatbot of Bless Me.
33:29Hello, Tritons.
33:31I am Nilima Roy Chaudhary.
33:33Hello, I am Kalol Kunar.
33:35We both co-founder of Bless Me.
33:37We both co-founder and co-founder.
33:39Bless Me.
33:42My mother wants to pray.
33:43He enjoys badly.
33:49He wants to 촬영 about an army.
33:50Hope każdy wants to be reversal.
33:51He wants to promote my Kurt respond.
33:53He wants to build medicine.
33:55They don't need time.
33:56I don't know how much time you get to get the digital solution of the real-life problem.
34:06Bless Me is the first multi-faith ritual booking and life-darshan platform.
34:18Where you can get the appless app experience without any app, only in WhatsApp.
34:26Our AI chatbots are in time.
34:30According to your language, according to the need and according to the need,
34:36we suggest the right answer or the right answer.
34:40We are in the market validation phase and will be ready for full-scale launch.
34:47And our Visa will make the Blasmy Uber of Faith.
34:51The most religious segregator of the world.
34:55Our ask is one crore rupees.
34:58So Titans, will you hold our hands in the 39th birthday journey?
35:08It was a very unique way to start this journey.
35:11Pandilima and Kalol, tell us something about yourself.
35:15What is the pain to purpose journey?
35:17I have come here.
35:18It's my pain to purpose journey.
35:19It started from my childhood.
35:21Pain, suffering.
35:23Many people have started.
35:25People don't know how to do it.
35:27Because my looks and my dark complexion, I had to listen to a lot of things.
35:33And as a result of suffering, my suffering started.
35:37It was my suppressed emotions.
35:38And I always thought,
35:39that I would become a big part of the world.
35:42I will be able to become a big part of the world.
35:46In 2018, I had a lot of stress and damage,
35:51because my health was too bad.
35:53I had a lot of depression.
35:55I left a job.
35:57I went to Rishikesh.
35:59In Rishikesh, I was in Ganga Kinaare,
36:02and I was sitting in Ganga Kinaare.
36:05I had a mirror from there.
36:09In 2018, I didn't put any medication in my hand.
36:14I started my will of my life,
36:17and I started my balance on it.
36:21And with that, if I had a huge change in my life,
36:26why not?
36:27We hold on the other's hands and give positivity to others.
36:32In 2022, we started our company.
36:39Khalil Ji, tell me something.
36:40I am a technocrat.
36:41I completed my master's in I.I.T. Kharagpur,
36:44in chemical engineering.
36:46Then, we have married in 2015.
36:47We also have husband and wife.
36:50Plus, co-founder.
36:52In 2022, I started a firm with life goals.
36:56Then, when they got a chance in 2024,
36:59we have a life goal.
37:01We balance the eight aspects.
37:04We have seven aspects.
37:06There is a spiritual and religious aspect.
37:09Today, we have 15,000 clients in 25 countries.
37:14We have a good turnover.
37:17When I am a mentor in Dubai,
37:21I am a alumnus.
37:23They told me to structure the company.
37:25We have started the company.
37:27In 2018, we started Nirmala Nirmala Wellness
37:30and we started the new company.
37:32Then, we started the new company.
37:34We started the new company.
37:36We started Tekshi with the Multilingual Boys.
37:39Our most smart is,
37:40but it seems like now on the planet.
37:42It seems like today's generation of faith,
37:44I imagine Pandit just as a child.
37:46We also continue faith in all our startups.
37:50So amazing.
37:52I always continue faith in the world.
37:57So, I want it to be a thing.
37:59We are starting with Tekshi,
38:00then we are going with the Multilingual Boys,
38:03which have inspired Vasini with their API portal,
38:06which we can use multiple voices in regional languages, starting with Hindi and English.
38:13According to my opinion, there are already many apps available in the market,
38:18such as Shri Mandi, Ri Pooja, Dev Darshan, Utsaf, Utsaf.
38:23There are many apps.
38:24So you are not in this crowded space.
38:27Let me tell you a little distinction.
38:29What is your answer?
38:31There is a market of 60 billion dollars.
38:33You can see that Ginechu has taken the past from the past.
38:36The second thing.
38:37Everyone is using traditional apps.
38:39Nobody has started using the app-less apps.
38:42And the targeted segment of parents and elders,
38:47they don't have texts.
38:49They don't have languages.
38:50We want to use regional languages.
38:52They don't have texts in their own language.
38:55And the third thing.
38:57Nobody is working on multi-faith.
39:00They are working on the same religion as a Hindu religion.
39:04They are working on the same thing.
39:06If you are not a WhatsApp chat board,
39:08if you are not a technologist or coder,
39:11then you will be made from third party?
39:13No.
39:14My batchmate is in Singapore.
39:17We have a reputable company.
39:20We are taking the app-less app,
39:22which is a digital communication.
39:24We are taking the app-less app.
39:26And now we have a dedicated number of WhatsApp.
39:28But if we have a dedicated number of WhatsApp,
39:29we have a dedicated number of our core,
39:30and we need to take the app-less app.
39:31So I will go to the link of your app and search, correct?
39:36No, so we have a dedicated app on WhatsApp.
39:41We have a dedicated app on our optional app.
39:43But the core is our WhatsApp.
39:46We have to take it in our language.
39:48For example, you have to preach in Kamakha Temple.
39:52You have to say, hey siri.
39:55You have to say, hey siri.
39:57Book Pooja for me Kamakha Temple on August 28th, 4 p.m.
40:02So automatically send the slot back-end to the back-end or not.
40:06If it is available, the wallet is integrated, then okay.
40:10If it is not, then you will have a payment link.
40:13Within 45 seconds, the Pooja will be booking.
40:17Then immediately, there will be a link in WhatsApp.
40:20When Pooja is integrated,
40:22like our Pooja and their app are integrated.
40:26Then they will be delivered from there.
40:28Then, as they are dispatched,
40:30then our delivery partners will be sent to them.
40:34And they will check WhatsApp from there.
40:37So how many of you have integrated and contracts?
40:42We have already been with five mandirs.
40:44This business is quite a scale.
40:46So five mandirs don't think it's very low.
40:48Because you want to go to multi-regional, multi-language and cross-region.
40:54Our mental health and illness start-up is in 2022.
40:59We started this in March.
41:00This is an idea.
41:02And we want to launch Diwali, which is our target in 50 temples.
41:07You are saying, let's start Diwali.
41:10So what goal is your next Diwali?
41:14You can clearly tell us what we want to invest in it or not.
41:21Minimum 2 crore revenue in the next Diwali.
41:24So if you have 2 crore revenue,
41:27and you have 1 crore demand,
41:28then what valuation do you expect Titan to put money on it?
41:32Our expectation is monthly 1% discount on Convertible Note.
41:36So we will valuation in 18 months, sir?
41:39In 18 months, we will valuation in 18 months.
41:41What is the gap? What is the floor?
41:43You will suggest that I will be better.
41:45What do you offer?
41:47If you have a commission in it or you will charge a service to a user,
41:53then what will your business model come?
41:55Please tell me.
41:56I don't want to make a unit of economics,
41:58but if I talk about the project,
42:01the minimum ticket size is Rs. 499.
42:04In addition to Rs. 499,
42:08the commission of the user's business is Rs. 100.
42:13The price of the product is Rs. 100.
42:17The on-line average is Rs. 25.
42:24In addition to Rs. 499, the cost is Rs. 225.
42:28The price of Rs. 50 and the price of the delivery is Rs. 50.
42:34The price of the cash and the price of the cash.
42:37So our income is Rs. 51.
42:40We take a market demand so that we are talking about faith and trust,
42:47and we want to give you an experience of an app,
42:50what do our people think about it?
42:52What is the need for it?
42:54It starts now.
42:55what's the need for it?
42:57What's the need for it?
42:59What's the need for it?
43:00What's the need for it?
43:1026% of people think that it's a need for it.
43:14And the 74% of people think that they're not a need for it.
43:17I want to support the idea.
43:21If you have committed 10 crore in the first year,
43:28I want to commit 10 crore to a convertible bond.
43:35How much is the investment amount?
43:37I want to invest 25,000,000 in this condition.
43:4225,000,000 in this condition.
43:44In this area of investment,
43:49my expertise is very poor.
43:51I will give my best wishes to Anupam and you too.
43:55But I can't invest with you.
44:02Sandesh Ji, I will keep my religion and business separate.
44:09I will not make money with faith.
44:11My intent is not.
44:14I can't get your hand in this business.
44:20I agree with Sandesh Ji.
44:22I want to keep faith and business together.
44:26That's why I don't want your hand in this business.
44:30I need your time.
44:31Sanupam Ji, what's your offer?
44:35A business idea, which they have written,
44:38they are committed to one year.
44:39They will give me a discount on the first valuation.
44:43And I will invest for 25,000,000 with them.
44:46I will do that.
44:47Tell me about who you are.
44:48Do you want to get your hand?
44:49Do you want to get your hand?
44:50We will have to get your hands with your hands.
45:06Oh, wow.
45:07Anupam ji will get you.
45:13Congratulations.
45:16Good luck.
45:23Thank you so much for being with us.
45:24Congratulations.
45:27So, let's watch Ideabaz,
45:28the start-up company of India,
45:30the start-up banking partner,
45:31IDFC, FOSBank,
45:32Harshaniwar and Ravivar,
45:33only on ZTV and Z5.
