11:29days so we have time to settle in do some touristy things and kind of just get to know london and
11:36today we're going on a double-decker bus tour what are you excited to do today oh no you don't know
11:43come on london i thought there was gonna be like skyscrapers and tall huge like apartments or whatever
11:52and i didn't really see that because we're like on the outskirts and we're in the like north south or
11:58northeast or whatever and it's definitely north south holy

22:12what makes me uncomfortable is that i'm seeing some self-destructive kind of ticks and i haven't
22:18seen those in a while this is exactly why we wanted to come to london and try the new pulse device
22:23if this device works these moments could be so much more enjoyable for balen
22:29this tour guide is super fun and i want to see all of london but my ticks are too bad and this is

26:11she's separated from a crowd when really you're not because you're seeing all this stimulation around you
26:17so your body is still being hyper aware that's just overwhelming for her there's no quick shot
26:23to fix it but your mind still takes you back to this hope of the new pulse i'm so hopeful that this
26:30device is going to help valen that i've almost willed myself to believe it as a parent i'm just
26:36hoping that this device gives her some relief and gives her some hope that there is something better
26:47to look forward to because she needs it but other other than my tics on the tour the tour was really

36:37eventually be able to have a conversation with you about it
