00:10The Prime Minister of Antigua, Ambar Buda, Gaston Browne, called for moderation to his counterpart from Trinidad and Tobago, Kamla Persat-Bissisar.
00:18The response comes after the Trinidadian Prime Minister claimed that membership in CARICOM has not been beneficial for her country.
00:25Browne denied this statement and reminded that in 2024 alone, Trinidad and Tobago earned nearly $1.100.000.000 thanks to the bloc, making it its second-largest market.
00:38The Antigua, Ambar Buda Prime Minister also rejected the negative labels against like countries and defended the importance of unity in the region.
