00:48Stepping up to the plate this week are
00:51Liberty X pop star Michelle Heaton
00:54I do believe this competition is going to be tough
00:56I am ready for the challenge
00:58Is the challenge ready for me?
01:00I don't know
01:02Love Island star turned horse racing pundit Chris Hughes
01:06I do like to make creative things here and there
01:08Like I'll cut a chicken breast open and stuff it with something
01:12Which is, that's quite creative right?
01:15Ish
01:16Broadcaster and author Dorno Porter
01:19I'm not a competitive person
01:21I don't care about winning
01:22I
01:23Thought
01:25Look, if I'm standing there at the end with a trophy
01:27I'll be delighted
01:28But I'm not going to elbow anyone out of the way
01:30I'm just going to do my best
01:31Hollyoaks legend Jamie Lomas
01:34I'm a massive fan of master chef
01:36I just like to watch people struggle really
01:38And now it's my turn
01:40And 80s soul diva Jackie Graham
01:44Everybody's so excited that I'm part of this competition
01:46I've got cards and flowers and everything
01:48And that's my children
01:49I'm thinking
01:50Oh, bless them
01:51So I better do alright
01:52That's all I'm saying
01:54The competition continues
01:57Our second lot of celebrities
01:59Are you ready?
02:00They've entered the arena
02:01And now
02:02The games are on
02:13Welcome you lot
02:14To Celebrity Master Chef
02:15Yay!
02:20Don't worry, we come in peace
02:23All you have to do
02:24Is show us how you cook
02:26Just him, me
02:28And millions of people watching at home
02:31So nervous
02:34No pressure
02:35We're going to start off
02:37With what we call
02:38Under the cloche
02:39Five completely different ingredients
02:42Under five cloches
02:44And what we're going to ask you to do
02:46Is to come up and choose a cloche
02:50With that ingredient
02:51We'd like you to cook
02:52A dish that tells Grace and I
02:54Something about you as a cook
02:56However, whatever the ingredient is
02:58That you choose
02:59It needs to be the star of the show
03:03It needs to be the front man
03:04It can't be the backing singer
03:07Somebody has to be first
03:09Jackie
03:11Come and get your cloche
03:12Come on Jackie
03:13Come on Jackie
03:14I get nervous when I'm cooking for my kids
03:17Yeah, so
03:18And I panic
03:20Oh
03:21Oh sugar
03:22Chicken livers
03:23Oh
03:24Chicken livers?
03:25Oh Jackie
03:26Oh sugar
03:27You must have cooked chicken livers before Jackie
03:29Not this one
03:30Have you cooked liver?
03:31Yes I have till I
03:32Liver with what usually?
03:33Onions and bacon
03:34Sounding the good to me Jackie
03:36Yeah
03:37So that belongs to me
03:38That belongs to you
03:39You belong to me
03:41Wonderful
03:42Chris
03:43Good luck
03:44You alright?
03:45I'm a bit nervous but here we are
03:47I think my biggest stroke in the kitchen
03:49Sounds a bit rogue
03:50But I think my natural sort of day to day confidence
03:53Oh no
03:54Oh no
03:55What do you got?
03:56What do you got?
03:57What do you got?
03:58What do you got?
03:59I can't cook fish
04:00Never cooked fish in my life
04:01Is it fish?
04:02So I'm not going to get flustered
04:03I'm not going to panic
04:04Salmon or sea bass or trout
04:05It's one or the other innit?
04:06None of the above
04:07It's not salmon, sea bass or trout
04:08I don't know any more fish
04:10I hope not anyway
04:11Though you're going to see me now
04:12I'm going to be really flustered and panicky
04:14That's smoked haddock
04:15I know haddock
04:16So you're doing well
04:17We've got salmon, sea bass
04:18You don't know for fish
04:20Sorry, that was the obvious one
04:21Yeah, you don't know for fish
04:22We're doing well here
04:23Jamie
04:26Okay, let's do this
04:28I feel like I'm going to be a little bit exposed in the Masterchef kitchen
04:32Erm
04:33I think I'm going to go for that one there
04:35Because I don't have a character to hide behind
04:38So just the apron
04:40Wish me luck
04:41Good luck
04:43Hmm
04:44Butter beans
04:45Uh huh
04:46Oh
04:47At least you know what they are
04:48I don't know how to cook them
04:49Good luck
04:50Cook them's a try
04:55Come on Michelle
04:56Oh
04:57This is a nervous woman I see in front of me
05:00Yeah, I feel completely out of my comfort zone
05:02Not knowing what's underneath is quite daunting for me
05:06Michelle, which way are you going to go?
05:08That one's calling me
05:10Yeah, I don't know why
05:11I'm just praying that it's not something I can't pronounce
05:15I'm not very good on words
05:17Oh, okay
05:20That's so weird
05:21I've been obsessed and I dreamt that I was going to get a pineapple
05:25This is what I dreaded, something that had to go sweet
05:29Because I don't bake
05:31You can go sweet or savoury
05:32Yeah
05:33It's totally up to you
05:34Mm-hmm
05:35Enjoy
05:36Thank you very much guys
05:37Thanks Michelle
05:38Thank you
05:39Last but not least
05:42Don
05:43I'm good under pressure
05:45If I've got six months to write a book
05:46I will write it in the last three weeks before my deadline
05:49Okay, I'll take that one
05:50Deadlines and pressure really suits me
05:52I think it's when I'm at my best
05:54Okay, here we go
05:55But not John and Grace kind of pressure
06:00No!
06:01I also had this dream and it wasn't a good dream
06:04How many fruit dreams have you had?
06:06I've been dreaming about dishes for a number of weeks
06:08But you're a positive person, aren't you?
06:09I am
06:10I'm going to do my very best
06:11When given lemons?
06:12Make lemonade
06:13There we are
06:14Okay, great
06:15Stick some vodka in it
06:16And not going to go wrong
06:17It might be easy peasy
06:18It might be
06:19Lemon squeezy
06:22Now listen
06:23We don't expect you to make a dish from just one ingredient
06:28To help you along
06:29We're also going to open up the MasterChef Lada
06:36Oh wow
06:37Oh wow
06:38Yes
06:39Oh nice
06:40Gorgeous
06:41Now this is where you let your imagination run wild
06:44There are sweet things and savoury things
06:46Meat, fish, herbs and spices
06:48Grab a tray
06:49Sixty minutes
06:50Let's go
06:51Oh wow
06:53I want some of this
06:55They're about to tell us a lot about them as a cook
06:58By just cooking that one ingredient
07:00Does that feel of pastry?
07:01Okay, go into that
07:02I don't really do puddings or sweet stuff but I think I've got a dessert which is really random but it was what came to mind what could possibly go wrong
07:13Will they be confident?
07:15Will they be frightened?
07:16Will they be frightened?
07:17Raisins
07:18Raisins
07:19Will they be adventurous?
07:20Will they be exciting?
07:21Is this some sort of onion?
07:22My head's going into the dozen
07:24I think
07:25Oh lord
07:26What am I going to do?
07:27It's keeping your nerve
07:29Just making us something edible
07:31I'm just taking this to drink on my own
07:33Never cooked beans before
07:37I've got a kind of idea what I'm going to do
07:39Let's just see if we can pull it together
07:42Okay, right, what do I do first?
07:44Oh, there's a lot of vanilla in that
07:51Dawn O'Porter began her career as an immersive journalist making groundbreaking documentaries
07:58She lived in Los Angeles for 16 years with husband actor Chris O'Dowd where she had her two boys
08:06But has now returned to the UK where she works as an author and loves to cook for the family
08:12My family's been amazing about me doing this because everyone who knows me knows how much I love cooking and love food
08:19So I don't want to let them down. I want to do a good job
08:23Dawn, life has quite literally thrown you lemons
08:27He has, honestly
08:28I'm not a dessert person but I'm going to go sweet with it
08:30You have lived in Hollywood in the past
08:32Hollywood celebrities round your house all the time?
08:35All the time, every day Grace, it just got boring
08:38But we did host every Sunday and you'd get all sorts of people because whoever was in town working
08:42Tell me exactly what you're cooking
08:44So I do have this kind of fruity galette that I make for my kids sometimes
08:48You can do it with any fruit, I've never done it with lemons
08:50I was going to try and caramelise some to put on the top
08:53And then I'm just going to do the pastry and the filling and whack it in the oven and hope it's delicious for you
08:57So we're not doing celebs now, we're doing your kids
08:59We're doing the kids
09:00But they are my biggest fans or worst critics of food
09:03My youngest valentine keeps saying, Mummy, I've got some feedback
09:06Don't cook this on MasterChef
09:08Dawn's been given lemons, she's making what she calls a galette
09:14A galette is really a pie without a top
09:17Inside that filo pastry is a mixture of ricotta and cream cheese, egg yolk and icing sugar
09:23Like a baked cheesecake filling
09:25OK, squeeze a lemon
09:26That's going to be flavoured with lemon and lemon rind
09:29I don't know if this is going to curdle
09:30But she's only got an hour to do it in
09:33I've left the pastry a bit long so it's gone really hard
09:37But I think it's going to be OK
09:39It sounds sweet, it sounds sticky
09:42They are massive, they're just so big
09:45Sounds like a pretty good pudding
09:48OK, they're going in
09:50Spoons, spoons
09:53Gateshead-born Michelle Heaton has been in pop group Liberty X for over 20 years
10:00They've enjoyed multiple top 10 singles and sold over 3 million records worldwide
10:06Trying to keep as much of the flesh as possible
10:10She now lives in London with her husband and two children
10:14Got ourselves into quite a bad routine
10:16Monday to Friday, I know what I'm cooking everybody
10:19Same five meals in the week and then we eat out at weekends
10:22It's a bracelet
10:23Yeah, I want to change that
10:25Life is too short, I don't want to be boring anymore
10:28I've never seen anybody peel a pineapple like that before in my life
10:30Oh no
10:31Does it work?
10:32It works
10:33She's a pioneer
10:34I want to learn something new and just get my hands dirty
10:38I'm making a right mess here aren't I?
10:40Quite literally
10:41Michelle, what are we cooking today?
10:46A pineapple crumble
10:48And I'm going to make the crumble with oats
10:50Because oats is a massive part of our family
10:52It's flapjacks, you know the kids little snacks for school, protein bars
10:56Your other half is a personal trainer
10:58He is
10:59His body is his temple
11:01There you go
11:02So if I was to serve this up at home, we'd probably say no
11:05But if I bang this out and I do alright
11:07I will definitely be cooking it when I get home
11:11Michelle says she's used to making flapjacks for her children
11:14And she's going to adapt the flapjack recipe to make a topping for a crumble
11:18You've got a bit of cinnamon in there, lots of sugar
11:21But underneath that we've got pineapple in its own juice with sultanas
11:25And I just hope we don't end up with pineapple porridge
11:29How long have we got left?
11:31You've had 15 minutes everybody
11:3345 minutes left
11:35The watcher don't cut my thumb off
11:42Actor Jamie Lomas is best known for playing bad boy Warren Fox in Hollyoaks
11:54He's been preparing for the competition by cooking for his fiancee and two daughters
11:59There are a few similarities in what I do and cooking in the kitchen
12:03Let's give this a little try
12:05You know, we're always up against it when we're acting
12:08Oh, nice
12:09But at least if we get the line wrong, we get to go again
12:12Whereas here, we're not going to have that opportunity
12:17Jamie, you work as an actor going from a script
12:20Are you quite good at freestyling it?
12:22Well, I did a little bit in the jungle
12:23A little bit of cooking when I did I'm a Celebrity
12:25But everybody's starving in there, so they'll eat anything
12:28I would have eaten sand in the jungle
12:30You probably would
12:31I was so hungry
12:32So this is going to take you back to that a bit
12:34We've got rice, we've got beans
12:36Yep, we are, but they're going to go in a tomato and wine sauce
12:39With some garlic and chilli
12:41You like Italian food?
12:42I love Italian food, it's my favourite
12:46Let's do this
12:47We're going to have really lovely spicy homemade beans
12:50I love this idea
12:52I've never cooked beans before, so
12:54You know, I hope it tastes okay
12:57His rice needs to be cooked beautifully
12:59But, my big question for Jamie right now
13:02How is he going to make it look smart?
13:05It's tasting good
13:06Yeah, I think we're rocking and rolling
13:08Celebrities, you're halfway
13:1030 minutes gone, 30 minutes left
13:13If you don't need the other potato, chill there for a bit
13:1632-year-old Chris Hughes grew up on his parents' Cotswolds farm
13:22He found fame on Love Island in 2017
13:27And now follows his passion for horses working as a racing pundit
13:32I live on my own
13:34I've been single for three years
13:35So it's not like I'm cooking for anyone
13:37If I'm just cooking for myself, no one can appreciate it apart from me
13:41Oh my God, Jamie, have you seen this bit of kit?
13:43It's quite sad really, isn't it?
13:44So I need someone there to kind of show off to in the kitchen
13:47I've got the judges
13:53You like a big portion of fish?
13:54I might cut it in half
13:55Chris, come on
13:56You look hungry
13:57Me?
13:58Yeah
13:59The first person ever told me I look hungry
14:00You trim and you look in good shape
14:01Well, thank you very much
14:02Thought I would fill you up
14:03It's not going to help you
14:04Just get on with it
14:05OK, OK
14:08Jesus, now we're in business
14:10Chris, you grew up on a farm
14:13Yes
14:14So I'm thinking that you must be an expert on all produce
14:17Produce, yes
14:18Fish
14:19We didn't have any fish on the farm
14:21I did hear once upon a time
14:22You can fry haddock in butter and milk
14:26OK
14:27So I'm going to go for that one
14:28It's going to be spectacular
14:29And you've been spending a lot of time around horses?
14:32Horses, yeah
14:33They're my, like, spirit animal
14:34I love my horses
14:35I've ridden, like, race horses since I was, like, eight years old
14:38Horses never moaned at anything I've ever fed it, either
14:41Ha, ha, ha
14:43Right, now I get nervous because this is the main bit
14:46Do you pan fry milk often?
14:48No, but it will thicken
14:50So it's going to be...
14:51No, I don't pan fry milk
14:52I've never done it, if I'm honest
14:53No
14:54You poke smoked haddock in milk
14:56You pan fry smoked haddock in butter
14:58He seems to have the two methods coming together
15:01Now we're cooking
15:02We're cooking, baby
15:03But if he cooks it too much
15:04That fish will fall to bits
15:06Stay calm, stay calm
15:07We've got peas which he's going to crush up
15:11Mate, you're frigging out
15:12Exhausted
15:13And he's putting mint inside them
15:16And he's cooking chips
15:17Look at that
15:18Oof
15:19You can see Chris is relying upon confidence
15:21Got it all under control
15:22He's doing what I commonly call weird
15:25Perfect
15:26Celebrities, we have 15 minutes
15:29Soul and R&B legend Jackie Graham
15:33That's it, that's it, that's it
15:35Has been entertaining crowds for over 40 years
15:38She holds the record as the first British black solo artist to have six consecutive top 20 hits
15:45And loves to cook the homely style Caribbean food of her Jamaican heritage
15:52Jackie, you've been married nearly 50 years
15:57Yes, that's right
15:58That's a long time to have the same man in your house
16:01How did you do that?
16:02Well, we went to school together just down the road from here
16:05Oh, so that's how we, yeah
16:07Brought up by my grandmother in Hansworth here
16:09Tony was a part of that
16:10I was into West Indian cuisine from a young age
16:13You're a local Birmingham girl?
16:14That's right
16:15So did you learn to cook from grand?
16:16My grandmother, yeah
16:17And she was known in Hansworth for cooking
16:19Friday and Saturday she used to sell putties
16:21She would have a basket and then people come to the house and buy
16:24Have you got those recipes up your sleeve?
16:26I have, but it doesn't taste anything like hers
16:30The chicken liver smell great
16:33I'm gonna put up some chili
16:35I'm gonna put some, a tad of curry powder on it
16:40The peppers are starting to go up my nose now
16:42And then we're getting lots of vegetables
16:44She's got potatoes and carrots and cauliflower
16:46And she's boiling them
16:48But they're not spiced or anything
16:50There's no butter on them
16:51I would have done something else
16:52I've got no time now to put it in the oven
16:54I want to be able to taste that West Indian influence
16:57In Jackie's cooking
16:58Something really making it punch you
17:00Oh sugar
17:01I'm gonna knead it with all those bland vegetables
17:04Doing this MasterChef competition
17:06Is taking me back really to my roots
17:08I'm just gonna now try and season to taste
17:12Yeah, my granny always had fresh produce
17:15No tin stuff
17:16Yeah, it's back to basics
17:17And that's what I need to go back to
17:20Is there gonna be your grandma's influences in this?
17:23Baby girl, I don't know what this is gonna taste like
17:25I have to tell you
17:27Three minutes everybody
17:29Oh my god, they are massive
17:32But I'm a feeder
17:34Oh god, look at that
17:40Falling at the last fence
17:42Oh wow
17:43Gotcha, gotcha, gotcha, gotcha
17:46Time flies when you're having fun
17:49Oh
17:50This isn't my forte puddings
17:52But I might scoff it
17:53If I put it on my head, it's good
17:55Are you ready?
17:56Shall I try?
17:57Oh
17:58Yay!
18:02Oh, look at you
18:03Oh, oh, oh
18:04Oh, oh
18:05Oh
18:06Oh
18:08Chips looking good
18:09Nice color though
18:10Golden
18:1190 seconds everyone
18:12Just 90 seconds
18:13Oh heavens above
18:15Whey
18:18Hides a multitude of sins
18:21There's 80,000 out at Wembley waiting for you to turn up
18:24Quick, get on the plate
18:28Gorgeous
18:30Celebrities, that is it
18:32Your time is up
18:38This is intense
18:39Well done everyone
18:40Chris
18:42Chris
18:43Bring that smile up here
18:46First to face the judges is Love Island star Chris
18:50Hello
18:51Hello
18:52Who's pan fried his ingredient of smoked haddock in milk and butter
18:56And served it with chips and minty mushy peas
19:04Smoked haddock, that is beautifully cooked
19:08The chips, crispy, soft in the middle
19:11And delicious
19:14First time making mushy peas
19:15Yeah
19:16Clearly trying to get round a northern woman
19:18I enjoyed them very much
19:20Oh did you
19:21Great peas
19:22Yeah, thank you
19:23Crispy chips, well seasoned, fluffy on the inside
19:26Bingo, good job
19:27Smoked haddock, nicely cooked
19:29Good crack of pepper around the outside
19:31The mushy peas, they just need a bit more moisture in there
19:34The whole thing is screaming out for a sauce
19:38But, I'm really pleased with what you've done
19:40Great, thanks
19:41Ah lovely
19:43You've got to feel the top of the world
19:45That's great
19:46That's great
19:47So relieved for you, that's brilliant
19:48Yeah, it was quite nice, actually
19:50I feel relieved more than anything
19:52I think just getting the first dish out of the way
19:54And obviously then having the comments
19:56Kind of gives you a bit of reassurance that
19:58You're not a complete idiot when it comes to cooking
20:01The chips did look the best
20:03The chips looks amazing
20:08Next up is soul diva Jackie
20:11How you doing?
20:12Alright my darling
20:13She's served chicken livers
20:15Spiced with chilli and curry powder
20:17With bacon, onion, tomatoes and mushrooms
20:20And boiled vegetables
20:22Your chicken livers are cooked really, really nicely
20:27They've still got a little river of pink running through them
20:29There's a little bit of that Caribbean soul in there
20:32A little bit of spice in the back of the throat, that's great
20:35And then the veg
20:37Bland, yeah
20:38A bit bland
20:39I hear you
20:40Considering you've never cooked with chicken livers before
20:44You've done that beautifully
20:46You've served veg with no salt or no butter
20:50A little bit of seasoning
20:52I'd probably have eaten the whole plate
20:54My nerves getting a bit of me, sorry
21:03That was nerve-racking really
21:05Because you know somebody else is going to be tasting
21:07You know, your concoction
21:09I call it that
21:11They said I was doing alright
21:13I was doing alright, bless their hearts
21:20Actor Jamie has served his butter beans
21:24In a tomato, garlic and chilli sauce
21:27With basil and cream
21:28And basmati rice
21:30Love your presentation
21:32That is a very good butter bean stew
21:39Creamy, garlicky, sweet, tomatoey sauce
21:44Mediterranean flavours
21:46A beautiful colour
21:47And beautifully plated up
21:48It's delicious
21:49Thank you
21:50I've got beans cooked really beautifully
21:53In a pasta sauce
21:55Rich with lots of basil
21:56Lovely creamy flavours
21:58That come with sunshine in Italy
22:00Rice is cooked beautifully
22:01It's really very very good
22:03Well done Jamie
22:04Amazing
22:05Well done Jamie
22:06Amazing
22:07Well done babe
22:09Oh my god
22:12I'm absolutely over the moon
22:16Well done, that was really good
22:18Just looking forward to the next one now
22:20And hopefully they'll get the same feedback
22:22But we'll see
22:26Next is broadcaster Dawn
22:28Is it big enough for you Grace?
22:32She's used her lemons to make a lemon galette
22:35A filo pastry pie filled with lemon infused cream cheese and ricotta
22:41Topped with caramelised lemons and flaked almonds
22:48Without a recipe, it's very clever
22:51Really lovely crispy filo tart
22:54With that rich ricotta creamy filling
22:56With lovely bits of lemon zest
22:58Which is quite fragrant
22:59These discs of cooked lemon
23:02Which are sharp and bitter like lemon marmalade
23:05I love
23:06I think that's fantastic
23:08Massive
23:09Massive
23:10But fantastic
23:11Thank you
23:13It's lemon in so many levels
23:16The ricotta absolutely delicious
23:19To put those lemons across the top
23:22Giving it that real sour sweet kick
23:25Is just inspired
23:27And lemon is completely the star of the show here
23:30It's really, really impressive
23:31Ah
23:32What done, darling?
23:36I'm feeling really good
23:40It was the most unsophisticated
23:43Dollop of dessert I think I've ever seen
23:46But I think I got away with it because it tasted good
23:49Finally, it's pop star Michelle
23:53Hello
23:54Hello
23:55She's caramelised her pineapple
23:58And served it with an oat and raisin crumble
24:00And a side of whipped cream
24:02Flavoured with pineapple juice
24:04Slightly sharp and sour pineapple
24:09Sweet raisins in there
24:11And you've got a really good amount of pineapple in that cream
24:14I love that
24:15Your oats across the top will become almost like a cake top
24:18Okay
24:19Quite solid
24:20But the cream with it together
24:21It's good
24:22It isn't really a crumble
24:24Okay
24:25But if you think about it as a lovely big pineapple flapjack
24:29You've literally just invented a new pudding
24:32That I'm going to be there for every single time
24:35Thanks, guys
24:36I'm feeling relieved
24:42Well done
24:43Amazing
24:44Brilliant
24:45I'm happy with what I've created
24:47Obviously, I created a flapjack without realising it
24:50That was close
24:51Oh, God
24:52Day one, task one, done
24:57And no casualties
24:59That's brilliant
25:00Hopefully, you feel happier now than when you walked in
25:05Calmer
25:06Yeah
25:07Breathe now
25:08But what comes up next may or may not be more palatable
25:15We'll see you soon
25:16Thank you
25:17Oh, my goodness
25:22Oh, my gosh
25:23That was electrifying
25:24Oh, my gosh
25:25I feel like I've just been to the gym
25:28I couldn't find the rice for about ten minutes
25:31I was like going
25:32Where's the rice? Where's the rice?
25:33I'm so excited by that round
25:39Some very confident people who right away made something delicious
25:44I've got to say, I think we've got some real talent
25:46I tell you who I'm really excited about
25:48Michelle
25:49Tasty pineapple crumble, not quite a crumble
25:52Butter, sugar, sweet things
25:55I'm excited
25:56Jackie's livers were great
25:59Spicy livers cooked nicely
26:01The rest of it wasn't quite there
26:03Boiled vegetables with no seasoning
26:06It was peculiar
26:07Jamie took beans and rice
26:09And made it look fantastic
26:10And it tasted great
26:11I love vegetarian food
26:13And that was a top quality dish
26:15Chris is a funny fish, quite literally
26:18He seems to just take it all in his stride
26:21We got smoked had it
26:22Which was cooked all the way through
26:24Great chips
26:25That's not bad in the first round
26:27Dawn was supposed to make dessert for two
26:29She made dessert for 22
26:31But I've got a good feeling with Dawn
26:33She's a capable cook
26:35That ricotta filling, lovely and smooth
26:38I thought it was great dessert
26:39We now know a little bit more about them
26:41We know what sort of cooks they are
26:43But what comes up next
26:45Is going to test something completely different
27:02Welcome back, celebrities
27:04To be a truly great cook
27:07You need to have a great palate
27:09We want to know how many ingredients
27:13You can identify
27:14In a game that we're calling
27:16The palate test
27:21Pallets is obviously taste
27:22I feel like I've got good taste buds
27:23So hopefully I can pull through
27:25In front of us here
27:27Are 25 different ingredients
27:30Cut into cubes
27:31And we're going to ask you
27:33To taste them and correctly identify each ingredient
27:37There are fruits, vegetables, dairy produce, meats, fish
27:42You need to trust your senses
27:44Should you identify incorrectly
27:47You are eliminated from the challenge
27:50I'm just looking at all thinking
27:52I want that one, I don't want that one
27:54These cubes go from easy to hard
27:57The longer you stay in the game
27:59The harder these cubes will become
28:01The winner of the challenge
28:03Will get themselves an advantage in the next round
28:06They'll receive ten minutes extra cooking time
28:09That ten minutes is going to be invaluable to me
28:13I'm desperate for it
28:15To make sure that you rely mainly on your palate
28:18We're going to be playing this game
28:20Oh, it was above
28:22Blindfolded
28:23Scared of the dog
28:24Thank you
28:26I'm very sorry about your beautiful celebrity hair
28:29When I put the blindfold on
28:31I was trying to find a crack
28:33And there was just nothing there
28:35It was just complete blackness
28:37I feel like identifying food and flavours
28:41Is something that I'd be pretty good at
28:43Chris
28:46Thank you
28:47I feel like I could win this
28:49God, it's very sharp
28:50That's the tile, darling
28:52It's a banana
28:57Yeah, absolutely
28:58Chris, you're still in the game
28:59Thank you
29:00Oh, wow
29:02Feeling a little bit anxious
29:03A little bit nervous
29:04I've got no idea what's coming next
29:06What's it feel like, Jamie?
29:08Like a bit of cheese, maybe
29:09Smell it and taste it
29:13It's egg
29:14Congratulations
29:15You're in the game
29:16Cheers, mate
29:21It's in front of you
29:23It's got a bounce
29:25OK
29:26This cube, I pick it up
29:28And I pretty much know straight away it
29:29Mango
29:30Is that your answer?
29:32I chop mango most mornings for my kids
29:35And I eat it a lot
29:36I think so
29:37Mango
29:38Well done
29:39Nice
29:40Jackie
29:41Yes, baby
29:42It smells like a pickle of some sort
29:44Now I've got the blindfold on
29:46The flavours explode a little bit more
29:48It's not a gherkin or something
29:51Yeah, hmm
29:52And it's not as sharp as a hmm
29:54Oh, go on then
29:55I'll go for that
29:56Congratulations, you're in the game
29:57Oh, yes
29:58Oh, bless
29:59It's not as easy as you think
30:01Michelle, you've had a long wait
30:04This cube in front of me
30:06It feels really fleshy
30:07It feels quite soggy like a fruit
30:08OK
30:09Initial thoughts
30:10Oh, it's a grapefruit
30:11But it's not as tangy as grapefruit
30:12Is it just orange?
30:13Congratulations
30:14Congratulations
30:15Oh, good shout
30:16Wow, well done
30:17Oh, that was close
30:18Congratulations
30:19Oh, well done
30:20Oh, that was close
30:21Congratulations, all five of you
30:23But it's now going to get a little bit harder
30:28Chris
30:29Thank you
30:30Fishy
30:31Yeah, it's gotta be fish, I think
30:33I don't know what the hell I'm eating
30:35No, it's not
30:36It's cheese
30:37I can't tell if it's fish or cheese
30:38I don't really know much more than mozzarella and cheddar
30:43It's not brie, is it?
30:44Yeah, it's definitely brie
30:46Please remove your blindfold
30:48Oh
30:49Oh, my God, it's mozzarella?
30:51Oh, my God
30:52Said it
30:53I forgot what I said
30:54Chris, you're leaving us
30:56See ya
30:57Bye, mate
30:58Bye
30:59Bye
31:00I honestly can't believe it
31:01Mozzarella?
31:02Who eats raw mozzarella?
31:04Jamie
31:05So, cube number two
31:07I'm quite confident
31:09Is it something you'd eat normally?
31:11I think it's beef
31:12That was actually a piece of steak
31:14No wonder you enjoyed it
31:15Thank you
31:16Brilliant, well done
31:17Fill in the game
31:21Dawn
31:22Thank you
31:24It's in the pecorino, what is that what it's called, family?
31:27Who?
31:28I know that it's a hard cheese
31:29But I also know there's a few different kinds of those cheeses
31:32Parmesan-y world
31:34It's Parmesan
31:35Parmesan
31:36Correctly identified
31:37Great
31:38Congratulations
31:39Thank you
31:41So, cube number two
31:43Ooh
31:45What the heck is the fruit?
31:47My instincts have kicked in
31:49I'm gonna say melon darling
31:50I've got this
31:51You are absolutely right
31:53Oh
31:54Well done, well done
31:55Well done
31:56Mm-hmm
31:57Do you wanna finish it?
31:58Oh yes please
31:59I couldn't believe it
32:00This cube is heavy, it's sticky, it's quite dense
32:06Either fig or date
32:08I think I'm gonna go with my goat
32:10I'm gonna go with dates
32:12Congratulations
32:13Oh
32:14Well done
32:15That was hard
32:16You've all survived another round
32:18Should we make it harder?
32:19I think we should
32:20Let's rest it up a bit shall we?
32:23Jamie
32:25Cube number three
32:26It feels rubbery
32:27Smells like cheese
32:29That's a mushroom
32:32Jamie you're a bit good at this
32:34I er, I think I might win this
32:39Dawn, in front of you
32:42It's cakey
32:43It's like a kind of cupcake-y cake
32:46Is it just a sponge cake?
32:47Dawn
32:48Yeah
32:49You're still in the game
32:50Ah
32:51Great
32:52Thank you
32:54Jackie
32:55How does that feel?
32:56That is really squashy
32:58I bite into it, it's sweet
33:00Mmm
33:01Like a marshmallow
33:03Mmm
33:04It is
33:05Oh it is?
33:06Yeah
33:07Oh thank you very much
33:08I got that right too
33:12I mean it's a smoked fish
33:14Is it trout?
33:15Is it sea bass?
33:16Is it something else?
33:17Trust your gut
33:19Smoked salmon
33:22Congratulations
33:23You're still in the game
33:24Thank you
33:25Wow
33:26Jamie
33:27So cube number four
33:29Smells and tastes quite bland
33:31I can't think of what it is
33:32Think you've eaten it before?
33:34Oh
33:35It's a carrot
33:36Please take off your blindfold
33:37Oh no
33:39That is a radish
33:41I knew you weren't going to win
33:43I knew you
33:44I thought it was a carrot
33:45It was a radish
33:46Are you still eating it?
33:47Yeah
33:48I would have really liked to have that extra ten minutes
33:51There's three left
33:52But
33:53Give everyone else a chance
33:56Go on
33:57Thank you
33:58I feel that there's a rind
34:00But the lack of smell kind of throws me
34:02I think that is a soft cheese with a rind on it
34:05So I'm going to go with the brie
34:07So I confidently say brie
34:09And in my head I'm thinking he's going to say no it's camembert
34:11It's brie
34:12Ah!
34:13Cube number four is quite soft
34:18What's it taste like?
34:22I don't know what this is chick
34:23For the life of me I can't tell you what it is
34:27I honestly don't know darling
34:29Jackie
34:30Yes baby
34:31Take off your blindfold
34:32Blindfold
34:33Oh my gosh
34:34Papaya
34:35Ooh
34:36Oh
34:37I
34:38Thanks so much Jackie
34:39You're leaving us
34:40Good one girls
34:41I'm back
34:42I did quite well in that challenge
34:45I must admit I didn't expect to get that far
34:47Then there were two
34:49In this round so far
34:51Dawn has got a correct answer
34:52Michelle
34:53Right now
34:54A wrong answer could mean that you are eliminated from the game
34:57Okay
35:00Oh
35:01That doesn't smell very nice
35:03It's crunchy
35:04I can tell the seeds there
35:07Kind of bland
35:09If Michelle gets this one wrong then I've got that extra minutes
35:12Dragon fruit
35:14I need to win this
35:15The correct answer is fig
35:17Oh
35:18Oh no
35:20Take your blindfold off
35:24Dawn congratulations
35:25Thank you
35:26Well done
35:27You are our winner
35:28And that does mean that you will get ten minutes extra cooking time in the next challenge
35:33Fabulous
35:34I feel great
35:35I feel relieved because I was very stressed
35:37And I'm just so grateful that I've just got an extra ten minutes
35:40You were genuinely sad as everybody else got knocked out
35:43I hate people losing
35:44This is a competition
35:45No
35:46To go far you're really going to have to get more
35:48Yeah
35:49Of a killer instinct towards the other celebrities
35:51Okay
35:52I hope you lose
35:53Welcome back to the MasterChef kitchen
36:04As you can see we've opened up the street food market
36:08We want what you would serve whether it be from a food truck or be it from a store
36:25It's got to have a sense of fun
36:27That's what it's all about
36:29An amazing street food store lives and dies by repeat customers
36:35So it has to be something that if you bought it once you'd have to go back
36:40Dawn you have ten minutes extra cooking time
36:44Ladies and gentlemen one hour two portions of your dish
36:48The street food market is open for business
36:51Let's cook
37:02I was probably the only 46 year old woman alone in the hotel room last night
37:06Watching endless videos of how to fill it of lemon salt
37:09I love food trucks
37:12This is harder than it looks on the videos
37:14They really excite me and I love how naughty they are
37:18Yes yes it's so satisfying
37:20I think it's this new genre that has become really exciting and I love it
37:24I got it off
37:25Look at that
37:26Woo
37:28Dawn you don't just go to festivals
37:31When your friend passed away Caroline Flack you decided to run your own festival
37:37We did it in 2022 for the first time just to honour her life and celebrate her
37:42And now we're four years this year going strong
37:45Is the food an important part of that?
37:47Food's a huge part of it
37:48You know there's nothing worse than going to a festival and the food's not good
37:51So there's food trucks all the way around Flackstock and it's amazing
37:54So you've got first hand experience of organising a festival
37:58I do
37:59Dawn the bar's just gone
38:01It's going this is brilliant
38:03We're obviously now expecting the world
38:05I've just thought about people who have been partying all night
38:09What is it that they want?
38:10It's the ooziest most indulgent mac and cheese
38:13With fried fish on top and lashings of hot spicy honey
38:18I'm a massive macaroni cheese fan
38:21Well good
38:22I can eat vats of it
38:23Oh good well you're about to
38:24Perfect
38:26She's making her idea of an LA mac and cheese
38:30Oh look at that
38:31Having lived in America for a long time
38:33I love the fluorescent mac and cheese that you get there
38:36So I put some turmeric in it to make it neon which is quite fun
38:39We've got a piece of fried fish
38:43The batter around the outside flavoured with champagne
38:48With lashings of hot honey
38:50Champagne batter is my little nod to Hollywood
38:53Absolutely wild
38:57Never seen it before on a menu
38:59However
39:00Did she understand the brief?
39:01Yes
39:02Would I watch that food truck?
39:03Yes
39:04Would I perhaps see this recipe being ripped off
39:06In five years time by other street trucks?
39:08Yes
39:09If it's done well
39:11Time flies in the street food market
39:1320 minutes gone
39:14Okay
39:15Okay let's rock and roll
39:17Right
39:21Think on your feet Chris
39:22Very confident I can pull this off today
39:25I'm going in there with good self-esteem
39:27From what I've achieved so far in the MasterChef competition
39:30So full of confidence
39:31Full of beans
39:32As they say
39:35Chris
39:36What are you doing here?
39:37Tacos
39:38Beef tacos
39:39What makes a great taco?
39:40When you take a bite
39:41You kind of want the juices to drip down your chin
39:44How are you making the taco shells?
39:46Uh
39:47Wow
39:48To be honest I'm putting so much effort into the actual flavour of the food right
39:53So with the taco shells I thought let's not waste time
39:55Did you start your life in sales?
39:57I don't know what I do
39:58I just float through life I think
40:00I love your confidence
40:01Do me a favour
40:02Yeah
40:03Pack this full of flavour
40:04Because that's what it's all about
40:05In this round
40:06Yeah
40:07You can be as naughty as you like
40:08Perfect
40:09I'm going to be very naughty
40:10Chris is making for us tacos
40:13Oh lovely
40:14But he's not making the taco shell
40:16Beef mince cooked down with lots and lots of spices
40:21Yeah look at that
40:22That's what I wanted
40:23Try a bit of this
40:24Mmm
40:25That flavour isn't it?
40:26Good milk man
40:27He's making us a guacamole
40:29Whoa
40:30The avocado lovely creamy and slippery with a nice bit of sharpness from lime in there
40:34Yeah that's magic
40:35Oh super
40:36I suppose
40:37The salsa
40:38Little bits of tomato
40:39Bite of red onion
40:40Lots of coriander
40:41Look at that don't we
40:42But can his charm get him through
40:45Because the food right now seems to me to be quite simple
40:48Simplicity is underrated in life
40:53You're half way
40:5430 minutes till your food truck opens the doors
40:57I get nervous when I'm cooking for other people because I'm thinking you know I hope they're going to enjoy
41:04I'm trying to impress John and Grace but I don't know if I'm there yet
41:08Ooh
41:09Okay
41:10But now I'm getting my bearings and stuff
41:12It's going to be awesome
41:13I'm having a whale of a time
41:15Jackie you've already told us the story about your grandmother around Birmingham selling her patties
41:24Yeah yeah
41:25Really that's the original food truck isn't it?
41:27Yeah
41:28Can you tell us what you're going to be serving from your food truck?
41:30A jerk chicken burger with some salsa and some fried plantain
41:34So the flavours of the Caribbean
41:36Oh look at that smile on your face
41:38I just saw the sun glowing
41:39Can you feel it when you talk about the Caribbean like that?
41:41Oh yeah I can feel the heat darling
41:43What are you going to call your food truck?
41:44Or Miss Mary's kitchen in honour of my grandmother
41:47I love the smiling face
41:48I love the enthusiasm
41:50I can hear the music
41:51Look at this
41:52We're going to Barbados
41:54Right now the kitchen is full of the smells of jerk chicken
41:59And I love that smell
42:01For me good jerk chicken has got to have a confident and judicious use of scotch bonnet
42:08Mmm
42:10It has to be in there
42:12Slightly knocking your socks off
42:14Yeah I think it's getting there
42:15I hope it's going to be tasty
42:17Slices of plantain
42:19Fried until they go slightly crispy
42:21Oh dear
42:23Oops
42:24Oops
42:25Oops
42:26Plantain that hasn't had enough time and is still hard
42:30Will be both tasteless and just not very appetising
42:34Oh sugar
42:35Plantain that's had a bit of love that's soft and wielding and brown
42:39I could eat a trough of it
42:41I think I'm cool
42:43The time is ticking down
42:47Yeah
42:48In a terrifying manner
42:50I'm having the best time at home I'm running around after the kids
42:56Making whatever we can scramble together
42:58But to actually have like an hour in an environment where you can cook and create
43:02Is so different but I'm really enjoying it
43:05Michelle what will you be selling from your food truck
43:10I'm making a halloumi burger
43:11I'm going to make a rub with paprika salt and pepper and a little bit of brown sugar
43:17And I put some brown sugar on the sweet potato wedges and I made aioli with mustard honey as well
43:23Obviously you performed all around the world
43:25What happens when you come off stage?
43:28You're in that natural high so foods probably not the first thing that you think about
43:32It's usually just a drive-through
43:34You know that's what you know life on the roads like
43:37We're getting a halloumi burger
43:40She's marinating halloumi cheese from Greece with lots of spices fantastic
43:45Quite a kick oh my god
43:47But when it's cooked you can also get a lovely crust on the outside
43:50Good good good good good sweet potatoes can be heaven
43:53They're a sweet starchy carb anyway
43:55With a bit of love and a bit of sugar they can really fly
43:59Like what's next garlic
44:02She's got whole grain mustard and a whole bowl of roasted garlic to make her own dressing
44:07You know when it tastes good and then you add more just because and then ruin it
44:11That's exactly where I'm at right now
44:13But Michelle seems to be putting soft brown sugar everywhere
44:16That's a bit of a concern because it's all going to be very very sweet
44:19My potatoes are soggy
44:22They are not crisping so I'm going to put them in the grill for like five minutes at the end and just hope for the best
44:29How long we got left?
44:31Keep on pushing everybody you've got just over 20 minutes
44:34And just remember Dawn's got an extra 10 minutes cooking time
44:38These are my friends John
44:40Yeah not anymore
44:42Right so
44:45The Masterchef kitchen so far it's been very good to me
44:52Got some really positive comments
44:54Yeah I'm just hoping that I've not peaked too soon
44:57What are you going to cook for us Jamie?
45:00I'm a big fan of ham and cheese croquettes
45:02But my daughter eats lots of chorizo so I thought I'm going to put my own spin on it
45:06And I'm going to put chorizo and cheese croquettes with a honey and chilli dip
45:11Wonderful!
45:12Tell me about the food truck
45:14My food truck would be parked outside Old Trafford
45:17It would be serving other Man United fans before they go into the game
45:21Does it have a name?
45:22In honour of David Beckham I'm going to call him Lomas' legendary golden balls
45:26I love that feeling of Saturday going to a match
45:32That passion is what we need in this game
45:34Right what am I doing?
45:36We are being promised chorizo and cheese croquettes
45:39I've got loads to do that
45:41He's making bechamel first
45:43A thick white sauce laden with cheese
45:45And in that he's going to put pre-cooked chorizo
45:48It's got to be really cold before he'll be able to mould it
45:51But when it's fried and it heats up again it should be oozy inside
45:56Oh that looks good mate
45:57You know your way round the kitchen
45:59Yeah
46:00When I was growing up I lived in Spain from when I was 12 to when I was 15
46:04And I used to have tappers all the time
46:07A good croquette lives by its crunch
46:12This is breadcrumbs but I put parmesan in it as well to just give it a bit more cheesy flavour
46:17That's really good
46:18But too much crust on the croquette it becomes like trying to eat a cricket ball
46:22They're going to need frying
46:23We don't want that
46:25We want something lovely and soft and crispy
46:27Okay here we go
46:29Okay so that's eight minutes
46:33Is the mac and cheese perfection?
46:38It is
46:40Nice and fluorescent
46:42Mmm
46:44I've been to Mexico once upon a time
46:47Hopefully I want to take the chefs to Mexico as well
46:49You look up to me
46:54Okay
46:55Dawn you get ten minutes more you're going to need it
46:59I'm not sure I will at the moment
47:01Oh no
47:07I actually can't believe it
47:09I burnt my soup potato prize
47:11I could do with the ten minutes more I burnt my soup potato
47:14Can I gift it?
47:15I'm sorry but you can't
47:16God you're just a mean
47:17Plan is to quickly find some cubes
47:21To hope for the best
47:22I'm absolutely gutted
47:27God that ain't too shabby let me tell you
47:3530 seconds left everybody finishing touches
47:38Oh God
47:41I'm done I didn't need ten minutes sorry
47:44I could have really done with that
47:48Time's up everybody all done
47:51Looks like a mac and cheese bomb went off
47:57Chris come on
47:58For his street food dish Chris has served spicy mince beef tacos with tomatoes jalapenos and cheese
48:10And on the side guacamole a tomato salsa and sour cream
48:16You hit the brief with street food
48:18This looks like a colorful array of food in front of me
48:22In there is everything you want with a taco
48:28Beef which is not in any way too wet
48:30A good amount of spice coming from those jalapeno peppers
48:33Sharpness of sour cream
48:35And your guacamole with chili flakes
48:37The beef itself I feel is under seasoned
48:40Give it some welly give it some heat
48:42I mean there's not a huge amount of skill on show Chris
48:45Maybe just challenge yourself a bit more
48:47Yeah
48:48I do love your salsa
48:50It's vibrant
48:52It has a kick
48:53However
48:54You haven't really done anything with the mince
48:57Yeah
48:58It really is almost just hot mince
49:00We need to think more about the details
49:03It's good feedback
49:09Swagger
49:10I feel alright
49:11I knew I could have done a bit more with the mince
49:13All good
49:15But here we are
49:17It wasn't too bad
49:18It wasn't too bad
49:19Dawn has served American style mac and cheese
49:23With pan fried place in a champagne batter
49:25And a chili honey drizzle
49:27You're not a fan of a petite portion are you?
49:29No, absolutely not
49:30I mean this presently I think weighs around about a kilo and a half
49:34I think you've been raving all night at a festival and you'll just be delighted with that
49:44Your batter perhaps could be lighter and yet what I love is that you can taste that champagne
49:49The fish delicious soft beautifully judged
49:59I love the honey it really elevates it
50:03The mac and cheese you've added mustard there you can still taste the mustard
50:07It's a strange combo
50:09It won't be for everybody
50:11But I love that
50:13Oh thanks
50:15The mac and cheese I like the fact that it's got a whack of mustard in there
50:18The richness of that creamy cheesy sauce goes really nicely with your chili honey
50:23Your fish was cooked really really well
50:25The batter slightly soggy
50:27You're demonstrating skill here though Dawn I like it
50:29You took a whole fish you filtered it
50:31You're not shy of hard work
50:33It's a very good mac and cheese
50:35Well done
50:41I feel good
50:43My batter could have been crispier but the flavours were great
50:46And it's a new concept that maybe I'll see in a food truck and glassery
50:50They're going to steal my idea
50:51I'll be like
50:52Oi
50:53Trademarked
50:54Did you put champagne in your batter?
50:56The batter yeah
50:57Are you?
50:58Oh my gosh
50:59Jackie
51:01Miss Mary's is open
51:02Come on Jackie
51:03My turn
51:04My turn
51:05Go on Jackie
51:06Hello
51:07Hello darling
51:08Inspired by her grandmother Mary
51:11Jackie has served a jerk chicken burger
51:14With fried plantain and a mango onion and tomato salsa
51:27There's no doubt that Miss Mary is present here with the burger
51:32I love the marinade
51:33I love the marinade
51:34A real smoky heat that begins to build
51:39The chicken breast
51:40It's very thick
51:41I would have been half tempted to just slice it in half
51:44You know what I was thinking of that
51:45I like your salsa
51:49I think that's good
51:50Maybe a bit more vinegar
51:52Make it a bit sharper
51:53We've got plantain
51:54One side's nice and golden brown
51:55The other side unfortunately has caught
51:58But I can taste the influences that's for sure
52:01And your love of the Caribbean
52:03I love the baby girl
52:04My granny you know she would have said you could have done better but you do you do it's everything all right
52:16Next time she said she would have said next time you do all right next time
52:21Put a little regga in the
52:28The heat is on
52:30The heat is on
52:32The heat is on
52:34Michelle has served a paprika and sugar glazed halloumi burger with a sweet chilli jam
52:39Sweet potato with Cajun spice and brown sugar
52:42And an aioli mustard and lime sauce
52:45You had a bit of a disaster
52:47I had a massive one
52:48And you picked yourself up and you went and sorted it out
52:51Yeah
52:52That's what my chef's all about Michelle
52:53Good on you
52:54The halloumi cooked really nicely and sweet honey with that chalky salty cheese is really really lovely
53:04Your fries you've rescued them but you've added sugar to that and then we have got a brioche bun which is sweet
53:11It's on the edge of too sweet
53:14Okay
53:15You've almost made a lovely pudding however I've got such a sweet tooth I enjoyed it
53:24I'm feeling okay considering I had a massive disaster
53:34That's amazing
53:35I was about to cry but I didn't
53:39Because I usually do
53:41And I just ploughed on and I'm really really happy that I did because I learned something about myself
53:47Jamie
53:52Jamie's food truck dish is croquettes filled with a Gruyere cheese bechamel and chorizo with a Chilean honey dip
54:04I've got to say I think it looks great
54:07Thank you
54:08Great croquettes you've got a really lovely crisp outside
54:14But inside is this wonderful flavour of chorizo which is smoky with paprika rich with pork and a really lovely bit of cheese
54:22The chili sauce I like the amount of chili flakes in there
54:26Jamie I've got no complaints I like them a lot
54:29Thank you very much indeed
54:31They're so crisp the mix that you've made inside them really delicious
54:37Yes they are cheesy but you can taste the chorizo
54:41Really moorish you've already went up a notch in cooking
54:45And I can see you changing in front of me
54:47It's amazing
54:49Well done
54:51I'm feeling pretty on top of the world really I got some really good feedback
54:59Couldn't have gone better well done Barry
55:01That was probably my best round yet
55:05So who knows I might end up opening a food truck outside Old Trafford
55:11You've lasted through three incredibly difficult tasks
55:17And you've made wonderful friends with each other
55:19But good things can't go on forever
55:22Soon one of you will be going home
55:25Thank you very much indeed
55:27We'll see you again soon
55:28Thank you
55:29Thank you
55:30Thank you
55:33These five have come a really long way since they first walked in the master's kitchen
55:37And actually I think we've got some really good cooks
55:40Chris is an interesting one
55:42Clearly a calm person, confident
55:44The thing is right now is does he have the skill?
55:49Jackie's food is vibrant and fun
55:52We had a perfectly cooked chicken breast with that jerk sauce around the outside of it
55:55Jackie now needs a little bit of finesse
55:59I need your recipe, your recipe, your recipe, your recipe
56:03I find Michelle fascinating
56:05Because she came in here with no confidence
56:08But she's now starting to believe in herself
56:10Michelle seems to be on a journey
56:12What you do for my recipe
56:14Put the grill on really high
56:19Dawn is one of my front runners right now
56:21She's clearly one of the most confident cooks in this kitchen
56:26But the food that she's cooked for us so far is enormous
56:29I would like to see a little bit of finesse
56:32Jamie's croquettes were great
56:34Crispy on the outside, smoky, paprika, rich pork
56:37I think you nailed it
56:38That was such a difficult thing to do
56:40He's really come into his own
56:42So is anyone going to open a fruit truck there?
56:45The competition right now, it's all to play for
56:50They have to just keep on going, keep on fighting
56:54Every time I think I know who the front runner is
56:58It all changes, I love this game
57:01Next time the five celebrities are back
57:06Don't get my chins in it
57:07My master chins
57:08And the pressure intensifies
57:10As the celebrities take on the recipes of online sensation
57:14And queen of potatoes
57:16Poppy O'Toole
57:18Here we go, showtime
57:20Get one out, just see if it's crispy
