00:00Merry Christmas Eve.
00:25Are those visions of sugar plums that I see dancing in your head?
00:31Well, this is the day for it, isn't it?
00:34Mm-hmm. Is everything okay, honey bear?
00:38Yeah. Just thinking about past Christmases and all the traditions we've had in this house together.
00:47And all the celebrations we're going to have today with the family and with you.
00:54And the surprises that we're having it.
01:01Ha!
01:04Ha!
01:06Ha!
01:07Oh!
01:09Ha!
01:10Ha!
02:41Well, thank you so much for bringing him over, Pammy.
02:50Yes, yes.
02:50I'll make sure Eric gets all the corner pieces.
02:53Well, most of them, anyway.
02:55It's nice to see how close they've gotten.
03:06Very sweet.
03:07Excuse me.
03:18I'm going to go be in front of my friend.
03:24You see the mistletoe?
03:26Yeah?
03:27I see it.
03:28And you let her here without knowing that it was hanging there.
03:32Guilty as charged.
03:35It's good to see you happy.
03:38Merry Christmas.
03:41There you are.
03:42Hi, you guys.
03:44Hello.
03:44Look at the two of you.
03:46They want a hug.
03:47They want a hug.
03:48Merry Christmas.
03:49Merry Christmas.
03:50Merry Christmas.
03:51Hey, how are you two?
03:53Come in.
03:53Come here.
03:55Let's see you.
03:56Hello, baby.
03:57Thank you for keeping the tradition going.
03:59Sure.
04:00Of course.
04:01Hey, it's us.
04:02It's family.
04:03Of course, it's tradition.
04:05Of course, it is.
04:06Here we are.
04:07As is going down to the mission.
04:10Another wonderful family tradition.
04:13Something your grandmother started all those years ago, and I'm thankful for that.
04:17Yeah, me too.
04:18It was wonderful seeing you today, Brooke.
04:20Really nice.
04:21Merry Christmas, Debbie.
04:24Merry Christmas, Brooke.
04:27Well, um, who's in the mood for some of Eric's famous eggnog?
04:38Oh, great.
04:39Yeah, absolutely.
04:41One before dinner, because any more than that.
04:45Rich, can I have a word?
04:47Just a minute.
04:47Anytime.
04:48Let's go.
04:48Yeah.
04:49I, uh, put down a new design.
04:52I want you to see it.
04:53You want me to see it now?
04:54Yes.
04:55No, you know what?
04:56This might be one of my most important designs ever.
05:00It's very, very important to me, and everything that it represents.
05:04That's fine.
05:05And I will see it.
05:06But right now, let's just be in the moment here.
05:08Let's focus on the holidays.
05:09All right.
05:11Yeah.
05:12Let's do that.
05:14I've got some eggnog for you.
05:16Hey, hey, hey.
05:17Good, good, good.
05:18From Eric's famous recipe.
05:21This is, uh, no, wait, wait.
05:22It's the perfect time for a toast.
05:24Everybody, uh, can I have your attention, please?
05:26Uh, for a toast.
05:28I just want to say how grateful I am that you're all here.
05:32I'm very grateful that I'm here, frankly.
05:34Uh, and to have this house filled with all this warmth and, and, uh, generosity and, and tradition
05:41and the laughter of little children.
05:46I'm really happy to have you in my house.
05:49Wait a minute.
05:50What is that?
05:51You hear that?
05:53I hear.
05:53That's the spirit of Christmas.
05:57Cheers, everybody.
05:59Everyone.
06:00Cheers.
06:02Cheers.
06:11Hey.
06:14Hi.
06:15Nice speech.
06:17Makes me happy to see you, Raleigh.
06:20I was a little worried about you when I saw you at the office.
06:22The rage.
06:23It's Christmas Eve, aren't you?
06:25The one who told me we should focus on the holiday.
06:28Come on.
06:31Right.
06:34Okay, everyone.
06:35I would like to add to what Granddad was saying.
06:39What it means to be gathered around like this.
06:42The magic of Christmas.
06:44My look at each and every one of you, and especially my supportive husband and my beautiful children.
06:50And I realize what a gift this is.
06:54And I'm grateful to be around each and every one of you.
06:58Okay, that's all.
06:58That's all I wanted to say.
06:59So if anyone wants to chime in, go for it, please.
07:01I do.
07:02Yeah, me too.
07:03I love it and love you and daddy and everything about Christmas.
07:09Oh, my gosh.
07:11Especially being off school.
07:13Yeah.
07:13Yeah.
07:14Yeah.
07:15You know, Steffi couldn't be more right on how blessed we are to have such a beautiful, happy, healthy family.
07:34I know how fortunate I am to be embraced by you.
07:38Being so far away from home, I was emotionally preparing myself, I suppose, for a quiet Christmas.
07:54A lonely one.
07:55But being here with you, home doesn't feel so far away anymore.
08:01Like so many of us in this room, I've had some, well, in my case, a lot of ups and downs this past year.
08:14But I'm on the upswing in so many ways.
08:23Ridge, my brother, I value our friendship now more than ever.
08:29Ours too, Eric.
08:32You've always been like a father figure to me, even when I didn't deserve it.
08:39Thank you for opening up your home to me again.
08:41I really appreciate everyone coming here to celebrate, um, such an important holiday with Eric and Meen.
08:52And all I have to do is, uh, look at my very handsome husband.
08:59And I can see how much this day means to him.
09:03And it fills me with gratitude.
09:08Wow.
09:09Well, it's so nice to see Eric and my sister so happy.
09:14They've really been there for me this year and showed me a lot of support, so thank you.
09:20And I am thrilled to have found my way back to Ridge.
09:25We're meant to be.
09:27So my Christmas wish for everybody here in this room is to experience the depth of love that I feel with Ridge.
09:42Well, I'm just glad to have everyone here tonight.
09:51And I look forward to the surprises that are going to happen tonight, too.
09:56Surprises?
09:56Well, I'll tell you what's not surprising.
09:59The way everyone looks at you.
10:02Because they love you and respect you because you are our leader.
10:06Our patriarch.
10:08You know, uh, Steffi was talking earlier about tradition.
10:12Well, tradition only happens if you show up, right?
10:16People show up because of you.
10:19You hold us together.
10:21You're the glue.
10:23Not only for Forrester, not only for this home, but for this family.
10:28So here's to you.
10:30Eric the glue Forrester.
10:32Rich, things seem to be going fine with Eric.
10:48I really don't think there was anything to worry about.
10:51Worry?
10:51What would you worry about on Christmas Eve?
10:54My dad went missing for a while.
10:57Missing?
10:58Yeah, but I found him at the office and he, I don't know, he seems better now.
11:02I'm just, I'm just, I'm concerned about him.
11:05Where is he anyway?
11:07I don't know.
11:08Donna's not even around either.
11:12Hey!
11:13Do you know what that sign means?
11:16Santa Claus!
11:17Yes!
11:18Santa!
11:19Ho, ho, ho, ho, ho!
11:22Santa Claus!
11:23Hello, hello!
11:25And Mrs. Claus, too!
11:28Right this way.
11:29I heard that there are two lovely, wonderful children here who've been very good all year long.
11:37Is that true?
11:38Oh, yes, they've been definitely on the nice list.
11:43What would you like for Christmas?
11:45Well, we did write a letter to you saying we didn't need any gifts this year.
11:50Oh, Miss Santa, you did get that letter, remember?
11:53I did.
11:53But, but, you two have been such wonderful children that, well, they deserve gifts anyway.
11:58That's right, so it's a good thing that we brought this bag full of presents.
12:01Full of presents.
12:01Now, let me see.
12:03Oh, this is for Kelly.
12:04Here we are.
12:04Hey!
12:05Here we are.
12:06And so this one must be for you.
12:09Here we are.
12:10How is that?
12:11Thank you, Santa.
12:12And thank you, too, Mrs. Claus.
12:15Merry Christmas.
12:16Merry Christmas.
12:17Merry Christmas.
12:17Merry Christmas.
12:40Merry Christmas.
12:42Three, two, three, one, two, three, one, two, three, one, two, three, two, three, two, one.
12:48Oh, the action of a problem.
12:52Isn't this on the first one?
12:56That's a little tricky.
12:58Aww.
13:06Go, Ace. Go. Go.
13:08Go, Ace, you got it. You got it.
13:10You got it! You got it!
13:16It's so fancy!
13:22It's so sweet!
13:29How lucky were we to see Santa and Mrs. Claus tonight?
13:35I really wish you got to see him, great granddad!
13:39Yeah, well, next time, Haves. Next time.
13:43With all the excitement and gift-giving, we can't forget the true meaning of Christmas.
13:49Eric asked me to do a reading tonight.
13:53For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.
14:01And this shall be a sign unto you, that ye shall find the babe wrapped in swallowing clothes, lying in a manger.
14:07And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of heavenly hosts praising God and saying,
14:13Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.
14:19Hey.
14:30Uh...
14:31A Santa suit?
14:34That was it? That was your important design you were talking about?
14:36Yeah.
14:38Well, Santa asked me to fix him up something for the holidays, and I did.
14:44And I think it kind of speaks to what the holidays are all about, especially this one.
14:48You know, giving and generosity, family.
14:55And I saw you at the office.
14:57Well, I was picking up the suit, and I was also picking up the suit for Mrs. Claus as well.
15:02All right, you caught me though.
15:06I was giving myself a little extra time to indulge in some reminiscence.
15:13I've had a real shift, you know.
15:17I don't think that I have to continue leading the charge into every new Forester line.
15:24Not anymore.
15:31And that is probably the greatest gift you've ever given me, just hearing you say that.
15:37I've got to be okay.
15:41Merry Christmas.
15:44You too, son.
15:45Look, everybody, if I may, just one more speech.
16:05One more.
16:06Just one.
16:08I think maybe this is the best Christmas Eve I've ever experienced.
16:13And that's saying a lot because I've had a lot of Christmas Eves.
16:19You live as long as I have.
16:20You learn to stop once in a while and look around you.
16:26Take time to see what's happening in your life.
16:30The people in your life.
16:32I'm so grateful for that.
16:34And I encourage all of you to thank God every day for what you have.
16:40Oh, thank you.
16:43Thanks for having us.
16:45Thank you, Donna, for this.
16:48And you're right.
16:50We have it special.
16:51Now look around.
16:52Most people don't have this.
16:53And we have it.
16:54Not just for Christmas.
16:56We have it all year long.
16:57We've got to remember that.
16:59Yeah.
17:00The spirit of Christmas.
17:01That's what we ought to do.
17:02We should have that all year long.
17:05Generosity and love for one another.
17:10Family.
17:12Merry Christmas, everyone.
17:14Merry Christmas.
17:16Merry Christmas.
17:17Merry Christmas.
17:18Merry Christmas.
17:19Merry Christmas.

17:57Jingle bells, jingle all the way.
