00:00And as I did say, I mentioned the talks in Miami.
00:04Zelensky has spent many weeks holding talks with his European and, of course, U.S. counterparts.
00:11Why are we no closer to an agreement?
00:14And who can break this deadlock in talks that we appear to be having right now?
00:22The reason remains the same, and this reason has its name.
00:25It's Putin himself, because Putin doesn't want to stop aggression against Ukraine.
00:32He will never agree even to ceasefire, which would allow Ukraine to exist as independent, sovereign state.
00:40He is totally obsessed with destroying Ukraine.
00:43He wants to restore Soviet empire, and he also wants as a next step to reestablish hegemony in Europe.
00:50That's why he is absolutely not interested.
00:53He is pushing absolutely unacceptable for Ukraine demands, for example, with regard to withdrawing Ukrainian troops from our territory, from the rest of the Donetsk oblast.
01:04He understands that Ukrainian people, Ukrainian parliament and president will never agree to anything like that.
01:11But on his part, it's a provocation.
01:13And he is also trying to put the blame on Ukraine for not wanting peace.
01:17But the truth is that he can stop fighting very easily, just stop this aggression against Ukraine and withdraw troops.
