21:47this is exactly why we wanted to come to London and try the new pulse device if this device works
21:53these moments could be so much more enjoyable for Palin

25:39being hyper aware it's just overwhelming for her there's no quick shot to fix it but your mind still
25:46takes you back to this hope of the new pulse I'm so hopeful that this device is going to help Valen
25:52that I've almost willed myself to believe it as a parent I'm just hoping that this device gives her
26:00some relief and give her some hope that there is something better to look forward to because she
