We’re delighted to share that Priyanka Dutta, PGDM in Marketing, Batch 2024–26 — a Bachelor of Science graduate from BBK DAV College and a native of Punjab, has received a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) as a Management Trainee at L’Oréal, one of the world’s leading beauty and cosmetic brands. At PIBM Pune, Priyanka experienced a complete transformation. Coming from a medical background, the Business Orientation Program acted as a game-changer, helping her transition smoothly into the world of management. Through JD-based training, mock interviews, corporate interactions, and one-on-one mentoring, she built confidence, clarity, and a strong business mindset.
