Hydrogen blast at Lyon chemical plant laboratory injures four

An explosion at Elkem Silicones Seveso site south of Lyon sparked a fire in a 600 sqm building. Over 100,000 residents ordered to shelter. The site had a fatal accident in 2016 and has had recent safety issues.
