Huge blast at chemical factory

Dramatic new footage has emerged from Dongying City, China of a huge explosion at a chemical factory on Monday.

According to a state-run local news website, one person was killed by the blast.

The incident came nearly three weeks after massive chemical warehouse explosions in Tianjin, which killed dozens and injured hundreds.
