00:00Hazel is gone and I feel like I just lost the most important person in this game to me
00:06She didn't deserve to go yet
00:10Well fuck
00:11P.M. You are the only bitch to put up a great fight
00:14Honored to battle against you bring it home to Vancouver. We'll say you're lucky bitch
00:22So much season six sisters for life
00:24Although I think it was her time to go I am sad to lose a sister here girl that first realized crumbles real fast
00:34Girl let's sit down and talk some shit
00:39Well that lip-sync was fucking
00:44You twirl down you ate that shit. Ah, thank you. Oh, yeah
00:48I'm like very sad to have landed in the bottom two
00:52But I love to perform
00:56P.M. has shown us that they almost have immunity in this competition to be able to lip-sync like that
01:01It feels like they're never gonna go home. Ebony. I'm so over the moon for you saving me. I really appreciate it
01:08Call it luck. Call it whatever you want Hazel. Oh the tea is you were doing the worst in the competition
01:12You had landed in the bottom before and you weren't funny. So you're home now lucky for what every single fucking challenge
01:18We've done I've done better than you so lucky where lucky that I'm more talented than you something. I did take into consideration
01:25I wasn't sure what's coming up next week
01:27I mean
01:27We still don't know I feel like it's gonna be something performance-based and I know that's something that you're gonna kill at and also
01:33Dulce
01:34Hasn't got to be for yet. It was tough. So what you're saying is you saved Dulce because P.M. and Hazel are better performers
01:39Girl, bye
01:41I see P.M. has bigger competition than Dulce and so I'm gonna put them in the bottom. It wasn't no shadiness
01:49No, well, it's right. It wasn't shadiness. This was your second bottom. Yeah
01:53And so compared to Dulce with their first bottom. Okay
01:56Ebony's dead to me in this game. She is a lovely individual, but she took out my best friend
02:03She put me in the bottom. I'm not working with her.
02:06Oh, I need to get out of drag because my skin is burning. So let's go get out of drag everybody
02:14I feel like this is my turning point to stop playing nicely
02:18I think a few of us need to start talking a lie and stuff because I think there is something going on beneath our toes
02:24I have my eyes on that prize more so than ever and I'm ready to stir the pot to get some people out of here
02:31I'm sorry. I have to put you through that trauma with sticking against your fucking good sense. It's okay
02:35I will lie. I will say I'm working with her if she wants to even approach that
02:40She's my target
02:43P.M. Puppet master. Bet you didn't see that one coming
02:48It's a new day in the workroom and I feel fucking amazing
02:56I can't wait to see whatever it's gonna be and I can't wait to just infuse my secret sauce in the recipe
03:01I've had a realization, bro. I've had a realization. I want to be confident
03:06You know, I want to be that person who you know is of my dreams
03:10You know who who's who's exactly where they're supposed to be and I realized that I am where you know I am
03:14But I I realized that I was afraid of being angry at myself
03:19When Saltina talks
03:20Girl, it's just like a bunch of words that equal nothing. She's going into like a monologue about her spiritual awakening. I'm confident now. Girl, shut up
03:27I just want to say something. I remember what you say you said with your comeback
03:32I'm surprised you know the word grandma cuz wasn't your mom an alcoholic and hated you. Yeah. Oh, yeah
03:37Sure, you cannot go to my mom and say things like that because I
03:42Really felt shit after and I think it was really under the belt. Yeah, I'm sorry that if I felt like I was going for your trauma
03:49I mean, you mentioned me being poor I have trauma from that
03:51So I don't feel like necessarily it was going under the belt
03:54But if you felt some type of way for the jokes that I made I do apologize. Thank you for letting me know
03:58I appreciate that and I'll make sure not to like
04:07Canada
04:09I'm ready to hand her
04:11Hey, Queen
04:12Hey, is it getting hot in here or is it just the topics? Oh?

06:12What what it knows. Feel the skin and the flesh. Bet you know that I'm the best. Smash the beat. Flew budget. I must admit. I'm out of breath. Literally
06:23Terra Nova's birth, like I think it's good. Like I genuinely love it. No, I'm actually out of breath. That was crazy

08:28You got major split
08:30And fake number one in first place
08:31I could be floating all over your face, but that's out of space science is delivered end of pace
08:41All of us are like, you know surprisingly bad at karaoke at least drag karaoke
08:46I don't think we'll be called back ever again
08:52Sorry
08:54What a show, but I don't ever need to hear those verses again girls
08:58That's fine. The winner of today's mini challenge is
09:08You've won $2,500 cash courtesy of shoe freaks
09:16Queen you show me you can hit the right notes, but can you talk the talk?
09:22For this week's maxi challenge you'll be the hostesses with the mostuses on our brand-new
09:27Drag talk show the shade
09:31You'll be serving co-anchor realness while bringing the gossip drama and tea to daytime TV
09:41But first things first divide yourselves up into three groups of three
09:45Go
09:47Oh
09:49I just turn around and look over and I see fell nine p.m. And I'm like
09:54Gold with this. Oh, we have to split up
09:59Well, yes, we have this without this
10:01Each group will tackle their own block of the show starting with the realness breaking down the biggest topics in drag today
10:09Think tipping and tucking and everything in between
10:14Tea time spilling on the shadiest celebrity headlines of the week and finally
10:19Couchside kiki an exclusive three-on-one interview with an extra special guest
10:25Dance music diva
10:27kaiza
10:36Ah, that is gaggy
10:38I'll let you fight over who gets what segment racers start your engines and made a best drag queen
10:44This challenge is gonna be so much fun. Yeah, I'm excited
10:56I
10:58Love her so much
11:00It's gonna be so cool. Kaiza
11:02I need to interview her today because I'm a dancer
11:05She's a dancer and I want to know everything about her. All right ladies. It's time to choose our segments. Does anybody have a preference?
11:12The realness I think do you guys
11:14I
11:16Love the realness. Well, you guys do give real mess, but I don't know about
11:24I'm gonna show that I'm a real biatch. Wait, no
11:27Not like a real bitch, but like a real bitch. I think we want to do tea time or the realness
11:34We're feeling tea time or the realness. Yeah, I definitely want tea time
11:37I think that's the most opportunity to have fun
11:39I know I'm with some shady bitches up in here
11:41And I think this is gonna go really well
11:43couchside kiki
11:48Nice of us who's gonna screw this up and who's gonna do well, I guess we'll find out after the break
11:58Hi, welcome back to the shade I'm Sammy I'm PM and we're here having the couchside kiki
12:05We are all so happy to be working together and it's just ear-to-ear grins which is exactly the setup you need for this challenge. I
12:14Feel really good. I mean obviously I feel a little sad that neither of you really wanted me in your group
12:19I feel like when we kind of when did I say that when we were standing out there and my were separate and none of you were like eager to like pull me in or be like
12:25I come here. Yeah, but you didn't I didn't mean there when when we when you were with my you weren't like
12:30I literally was the one that went into your group girl. Like it's not that serious
12:34It is not that serious. I honestly wasn't thinking twice. I wanted to say with
12:38Like either one of you has to come no because she grabbed me first
12:41Yeah, what I do want to do is that little shit like this doesn't fucking matter because we need to do well
12:46Well, my feelings do matter. So if that's how I felt that's how I'm gonna talk. Oh my god. Oh, okay
12:51This is definitely not the energy that I want to start with honestly girl go fuck yourself
12:56I'm gonna say how I feel and you're not gonna shut me up because this is not the energy that you need
13:01So Tina trying to silent on white voices girl not today exactly what I was
13:06Gosh, she's so annoying
13:08Okay, lady
13:10The winning team because we're all winners
13:13You know what actually about that?
13:15I think that gives us like a little bit more pressure this week because this is the thing we know the judges like us
13:19Well, yes, there's a lot of pressure being in a group with all winners
13:22Not only are the other girls looking at us because they're waiting for us to trip up
13:26But at the same time I'm working with people who have already proved themselves in this competition
13:30So I know that I need to work that much harder
13:32So how are you guys feeling about the topic that we got is this was this your number one choice or I'm actually happy with the topic
13:37I just didn't want the couch by Chi Chi. I just think a three-on-one interview is kind of a recipe for disaster
13:43It's risky. I don't know how they'll do but there are smiles over there
13:48So maybe they'll do well, but you can never trust the person that's not too much, you know
13:51Like if you always smiling like what are you hiding like they're over there like this
13:56Girl, that's my star went home. Too damn much
14:01Does anybody feel like they really would love to moderate? I would love to moderate. Okay. I would really love that
14:06I really hope that if I do a good job as a moderator, that'll be my ticket to the win
14:11I think we do have a challenge because we're four people talking. We have to be smart about
14:15We don't want to cut her off, but we want to make sure that at the end of the day
14:18It's us being evaluated and not her, you know
14:20We're gonna have to listen even more because we can't just have our rehearsed bits. You cannot zone out
14:26You can't clock out. You got a clock in his van would say
14:31Thousands of times
14:33Clock it! Clock it! Clock it! Clock it!
14:37Fucking clock it
14:39I hate it
14:41I feel like all these topics we could talk about for like a minute each
14:43That would definitely be our challenge
14:45Yeah
14:45This is keeping it concise and this is daytime so we have to be inspirational
14:49My strategy during this challenge is to show a more serious side of myself
14:54But you know, I want to talk about like my experiences
14:57So padding in and out for me personally, I always pat
15:00I think people should do it first to find out how it feels
15:03Do you ever pat something out or no?
15:04I started with with padding and then you know because of my body because I have to use the washroom so much
15:10I was like, you know what? Let's try it without padding
15:12I do have an invisible disability because of my car accident
15:15And that ranges from any gut issues, it ranges from scar tissue pain, fatigue, joint pain
15:23I go to the washroom a lot
15:24Sometimes after a number I'm running to a washroom because I don't want to shit on stage
15:29As I'm like, at first I was like, oh my god, this is a comedy challenge
15:32I was like, actually it's not
15:33No, and the main thing is like to be yourself
15:35Yeah
15:35I feel like we all talk a lot but we're also not really loud
15:38And we don't overpower each other
15:39I'm not going in there with like a character
15:41I'm not going in there with a crazy voice
15:42I'm treating it like I'm literally just sitting there talking to my friends and listening
15:47So, how are we um feeling about the other two groups?
15:51Van and Ebony, they're talkers
15:53Yeah, they do
15:53They talk a lot
15:54Yeah, you know, I'm just wondering if Van and Ebony can just shut and listen for one second
16:00As much as I love Ebony and Van Gogh, they don't know how to hold a conversation like a person
16:05And then Dulce Saltina and Caramel
16:08I feel like that's a strong tea
16:09Oh
16:10But you know what?
16:11We have more confidence
16:13Yeah
16:14I feel like the realness is a more subdued group
16:17I am not sure if they're going to find the fun aspect
16:20But that'll work in my favor I guess
16:26Beautiful
16:30Hey queens, who's ready to hit the airwaves?
16:34Dulce, Saltina, Caramel, you're up first
16:36Everybody else have a seat
16:38Yeah
16:39We're about to do our live taping of The Shade
16:42Let's hope this goes well
16:45The Shade is obviously a talk show but listening is just as important as the talking
16:51What daytime show are they on girl?
16:54One's going to a wedding one's going figure stating the other one's going to a rave
16:58It's something else girl
16:59We're going live in five, four, three
17:02Hello and welcome to The Shade
17:07The talk show that keeps you on your heels
17:09My name is Dulce and with me today I have Saltina and Caramel
17:13In our first segment of the day it's time for the realness where we will be discussing some hot topics and dishing our opinions
17:21First up padding in or out ladies
17:24I feel like right now there's a major discourse around padding
17:27I feel like it's really up to the girl it's really up to you and your drag
17:30For me I started with padding I started with it and I loved it but you know how much I go to the washroom
17:35I decided to try it without and I love it
17:40I recall this one time I did a show and it wasn't until it was like halfway through that I realized that like
17:45I had forgotten my pads at home after that I was just in the mirror crying
17:48But I had to like quit the show halfway because I think I relied on the pads so much to like make me feel comfortable
17:54And I love the way my body looks when it's padded
17:57The energy on this segment is so low
17:59Girls pick it up
18:02Club culture
18:03So when I say that ladies like what comes to your mind for me, it's one word is
18:08Accessibility yeah as a broke-body baddie myself. I want to see more people like me there
18:12I want to see people who never thought that they could be there go and have a good time
18:17It's definitely more about like acceptance. Yeah
18:19I find that sometimes like when I go out of drag to the same club that I was performing at like literally last night
18:24It's like it's harder for me to get a drink girl
18:28This is boring if this was a talk show. I'd be changing the channel by now
18:31Even more sober spaces. There's a lot of sober queens
18:35It's hard when all your friends are drunk or drinking is encouraged or it's like i'm not drinking tonight
18:39No, do a tequila shot. We shouldn't be encouraging that and as a sober girl myself
18:43I can say I can still party. Thank you very much. I can still pro I know
18:49Speaking about partying there's nothing we love to do more than party with our drag families
18:53Do you guys have a drag family? I feel like I started drag and I had a drag mother right away and she has been incredible so supportive
18:59But I've learned that it's not just like having a drag mother drag daughter
19:02It's about the connections you make along the way drag family is important
19:07It's really important girl curl milk is given an empty plate
19:11Please can I have some more?
19:13Unfortunately, that is time for us. I wanted to thank you guys so much for joining us. We'll be right back after these short messages
19:20I'm with my tea time girls and ebony and maya fox we are going in to film our segment and girl
19:31I am feeling shady. We're going live in five four three
19:37Have you got your cups ready whether you like it iced hot or full of shade grab your girls because it's
19:43Tea time
19:47My name is van goth and I am here with ebony la belle and maya fox to dish and spill on the hottest celebrity tea
19:54Maya what are you brewing over there?
19:56Well listen the first story of the day involves a scandal with the current reigning queen of canada's drag race
20:03That's right the virgo queen she's not even a virgo she's a scorpio a scorpio listen ebony you're a virgo right?
20:09What do you think about that? Listen us virgos we are funny. Yes, we are organized and we got rocking bodies
20:15And let me tell you when I was watching virgo on season five
20:20Clock it now listen ebony. What are you seeping on over there? It is pretty bitter. I'm gonna be real. I won last week
20:29Close and personal with the beaver she was cute, but she was a little suspicious
20:34Oh, hello girl. She's not even gold girl. Oh my gaga gaga now miss maya
20:40Yes, you won a few weeks ago. I did and you held the beaver well listen when I picked miss beaver up
20:45She was a little lighter than I expected, but I just thought miss thing was on ozempic, okay
20:49She might have been she might have been now listen. I have some breaking news as well. Y'all know jimbo, right? Of course
20:55Miss thing is opening up her own drag school
20:58Oh
21:00Offering classes. She's got teachers. I actually got an email. She was offering me a full ride scholarship
21:06Yes, she knew the drag was good or that the drag need help. I don't know anyways
21:10Let me tell you about the most popular course that she's offering. It's how to lose twice and win on the third try
21:16So, you know our queen mother of course host of Canada's drag race now tell me why she was caught at drag con with no way
21:24I don't know though. I'm kind of here for it. It's giving very joey jay tease. Yes, that is true
21:29But listen if I were to be caught at a gig or in public with no wig it'd be pretty scurry up in there
21:34It would be like, you know miss thing is a trendsetter if miss Brooklyn is wearing no wig. Maybe ladies. We should try no wig
21:47Van Gogh Ebony and Maya are doing really well. They picked up the energy
21:52Sorry, oh
21:54I picked up my energy there
21:56Have you got your fill because I'm overflowing, but don't go anywhere. The shade will be right back
22:04All right, we have Sammy PM and Velma. How you doing great?
22:09Okay, we are back in five four three
22:14Bonjour and welcome back. I'm Sammy and I'm joined by hi. I'm Pam. I have Velma and this is
22:21Couchside Kiki where we get to know one of your favorite Canadian celebrities today
22:27We're very excited for this one. We're joined by three-time Juno award-winning artist. It's Kaisa everyone
22:34We're so happy to have you
22:39You look so good
22:40Wow
22:42Sit down so this is the couchside Kiki. Okay, see my nickname is Kiki. No, my mom calls me Kiki
22:48This is perfect
22:50We're about to have a good Kiki now
22:51I'm a dancer and I so look up to you and your movement quality and just everything you exude
22:58Um, how long have you been a mover because it seems like forever. Yeah, since I was a kid
23:03I started ballet when I was like two
23:06Awkward actually you can sort of see it. I'm a little like nerdy and awkward and that's actually because I'm ambidextrous
23:11And I have a dual dominant brain. Do you have a favorite performance memory?
23:15One of the coolest memories was performing at Wembley Stadium
23:19The first time I experienced like when they say the crowd high there's nothing like that
23:23I got actually high and I and I got lost like I was on this thrust stage and I went down and I was just like
23:30I'll have what she's having
23:33Speaking of being lost
23:35One of my favorite
23:38Personal song ever is either way this music video because it's a one-shot video. How did you come with that idea?
23:44Uh, I was broke
23:47I couldn't afford an editor
23:49Couch high Kiki is going good. There's semen to connect with Kai's uh
23:53I don't know it's better than the realness. I'm gonna tell you that now. We're about to go into our favorite segment
23:58All right, so this is rapid-fire questions. All right, you just answer with the first thing that pops up in your mind
24:05Don't be scared. It's a good couch here. Very good. I love this talk show by the way. It's really thank you
24:10Our ratings are going up the roof right now
24:12Now East Coast or West Coast and be careful. I'm from the East Coast. I'm from the West Coast
24:17So honestly, I find the East Coast more artistic
24:19But I like relaxing I go to the West Coast to like disappear and kind of get into my my soul might like vanish sweet or salty
24:28sneakers or stilettos
24:30I know
24:33I like the sneakers stilettos. Have you seen that?
24:35Yes, yes, yes, yes
24:37Ketchup on Putin agree
24:40Okay, okay. I'm good. Yeah, I'm there with you. I'm yeah, we're trying to be inclusive here, but I'm with you
24:46That's all the time we have. Thank you so much for taking the time to speak with us
24:51Tune in tomorrow where we will be joined by Brad Goreski. Where has he been? We will find out
24:58I'm Sammy. I'm PM and I'm Velma. Thanks for sitting with us at Couchside Geeky
25:05Thank you
25:07I'm just really happy with what we did everything was so fast, but I have just a good feeling about it
25:15It's elimination day and some of these girls should be really worried because they forgot that a daytime talk show is still supposed to be entertaining
25:21It's TV. We did really fucking good. None of us fucking stumble
25:24I I can acknowledge when I don't do well, but I can acknowledge when I do fucking well
25:28And I did fucking well this obviously like I feel like we did do well
25:31I feel like it really depends the taste the judges her each segment. You know what I mean? She was having fun with us
25:38That's the thing we were having a kiki after seeing all these shady bitches have fake ass alliances
25:44I'm gonna go align myself with the two realest people in this room. I think we need to get real right now because I
25:50I
25:52Haven't felt like I have anyone that really has my back and I would love to have an a weirdo clown alliance
26:01Yeah, of course. Let's just do that that for you like the three clowns
26:05Why not? I feel like these two are two people that I can rely on and even for the weirdo queens. We had very daytime looks
26:12Oh my god, yeah
26:14Yeah, it's time to send in the clowns. I
26:19Don't know how many of you guys know this
26:20I don't think I've shared it with that many people unless they knew like my day job about like a year or two ago for like six years
26:26I was in the military like that was like my regular job
26:29Wow, and while I did that like I still did drag and I would get into drag like on the bases and like go to my show
26:36That's iconic and they knew I didn't hide it like I never changed my voice
26:40I never changed anything because like I've always wanted to be unapologetically myself as I was there a longer time and more years like
26:46People would like come out to me and stuff and say like how cool
26:49It was to see someone so queer and stuff in the army
26:51But they're like just the fact that you can do that is like super cool and honestly that brought me so much joy
26:56don't say have you ever like used a gun or like shot a gun or like done any of that girl?
27:00Yes, I used to I can like do like a machine gun a regular gun
27:04I can like take them apart put them back together blindfolded honey like what?
27:08Yes
27:10Yes, literally yes, like dual say knows how to assemble a gun blindfolded van you in danger girl
27:17So we have a really exciting runway today a perp walk to remember
27:24What do you guys have my runway today is probably the one that I'm most proud of
27:30I am going to be talking about the bathhouse raids in the 80s
27:35In Toronto actually there were bathhouses being raided and men trans people queer people were dragged out
27:43Just in their skimpies maybe undressed and a lot of them were arrested just for being themselves in a space that they thought
27:51They could call home
27:53And so I am going to be one of the people who got pulled out today. I love that. I'm pretty stoked sammy. What are you doing?
28:00I need to know. I'm going full silly. My whole thing is illegal injections. That's like what I'm arrested for
28:07I'm gonna be botched on the runway
28:10As opposed to
28:13As opposed to
28:15What about you then?
28:17Mine's really personal this last year. I was diagnosed with HIV positive
28:20And one of the first things that happened was
28:27This person called me and said like hey like
28:29This is someone to talk to you about like all the legal issues
28:32And I was like what legal issues and she was like well
28:33If you don't disclose your status when you're asleep with people you can get charged with aggravated sexual assault
28:38And I was like even if I was undetectable and she's like yeah, but it doesn't matter you have to always disclose it
28:42Um
28:43Or you could get arrested
28:45When I like found out I think you possibly just like I just couldn't believe it and I felt guilty
28:51But also like sad like I felt like I did something wrong
28:55Like why did I feel that way like why that's my first reaction that I like should feel bad
28:59So my look is inspired by I guess my fears of like
29:05Having my status used against me in a way that is like criminal and I could result in like
29:09I don't know me going to jail or like it's like being discriminated against like a lot of this year has been like not getting upset with myself and like
29:17I'm not the problem
29:21And
29:22It's like hard to unlearn
29:26We love you so much
29:28Oh my god, I can't wait
29:29I just like feel like I don't know who I am anymore like like I just I don't know
29:35Yeah, I don't know
29:37It's hard to like express. Yeah, yeah coming on here. I really want to like
29:42Just show people a different side of it and that it's not everything you see in movies and tv shows
29:47And you don't get diagnosed as HIV positive one day and the next day you have AIDS and you're on your deathbed
29:51There's a lot of stigma within the community about it, which is
29:56Unfortunate and it's really sad. I want to learn more about what being HIV positive is and I want to break my own stigmas about it
30:01If I could like sit back at the end of my life or my career and drag and be like, oh, I made a difference
30:07That's like the best prize
30:10How could you ask for anything better be patient with yourself?
30:13And remember that you don't have to rush to figure everything out. No, totally you can totally your time
30:19I'm honestly really proud of man in this moment for being so vulnerable
30:22I know that she is somebody that's kind of guarded
30:24She has this hard exterior and I know that it is a huge step for her to come out and share her status with us
30:30We love you, bro. Thank you. I love you. We love you. I appreciate it. I love you, bitch. Love you, too
30:39Welcome to the main stage of Canada's drag race
30:42She's my angel of the airwaves and Canada's sweetheart. It's Tracy Melshore. Hey, hey
30:48Tracy, you've interviewed more a-list celebrities than anybody I can think of. I know more than you can count
30:54So more than seven? Precisely. And he's my favorite gossip girl. It's style superstar Carson Kressley
31:02XOXO Brooklyn
31:04And she always hits the right note. It's chart topper Kiza. How did our talk show host make you feel?
31:11Oh, they made me want to hide away. Oh
31:15This week, we challenged our queens to ditch on daytime TV
31:19Racers start your engines and may the best drag queen win
31:27Category is a perp walk to remember
31:31First up saltina shaker the iron maiden is a medieval torture device there are spikes in it and it slowly closes and
31:39And eventually you get very holy as I walk out of it. I have these beads dripping
31:45Accentuating the holes in my body. Can someone please get her a band-aid?
31:49I am this
31:50Medieval girl who stole a piece of bread. I know I'm guilty but bitch. I was good
31:55But I will need some rubbing alcohol for the wounds. Well, that didn't middle age. Well
32:00Next, Dulce. Oh
32:05Girl, I just went to the mall. I'm like taking stuff left and right
32:08I made sure to wear my big jacket
32:11But I didn't take the ink pad off before I stole it. So I kind of exploded
32:15Money can't buy a class, but it can buy your ass
32:18I just stole a little makeup palette a little brush because there's no discount better than a five-figure discount
32:24Now caramel this is bullshit here
32:29I was going for a stroll to the financial district took a stop at the bank and somehow I got this blue dial over me
32:35How did that happen now? This is a look you can take to the bank in the purse of course. I already get my bail money
32:40So, honey, I am not worried. This will put a stain on our permanent record. What was she inking?
32:46And now ebony labelle serving justice
32:53I am wearing a gorgeous body suit with this beautiful chiffon train
32:58It is a love letter to miss marsha p johnson. She died at stonewall. No one died at stonewall. Nobody died
33:05I'm strutting down that runway giving them that classic ebony stomp, but then i'm also ready to throw the damn brick of the damn judges
33:11Okay, cuz don't mess with me because if i'm not in the top this brick gonna get you
33:16next van goss so my look is highlighting the whole of the justice system and
33:21How people living with hiv just don't really get a fair shot of it sometimes and i am shedding the chains and the weight of these fucked up laws
33:29Oh, hey girl, let's link up
33:31I feel like i'm showing the judges not only a great look but also like who i am and which
33:37Scary and now maya fox
33:41island yeah prince edward island yeah
33:43She is the village trollop but you know in those days you didn't have to do too much miss thing only just showed her ankles
33:51And it was over so they're tying her up they're throwing her in the slammer honey because she was trying to get herself a man
33:56Girl this is the stupidest prettiest shit i've ever done in my life all right it is man of green gables walking up in here
34:04Next p.m. My runway today is totally inspired by the bathhouse raids in the 80s in toronto
34:14I want to make sure that i'm flexing my muscles sniffing my pits being a little bit masculine for once on this runway
34:22shantae you they
34:24This jug is filled with dirty socks and lots of underwear
34:32And there is fluid that i am going to be drinking whether you like it or not oh refreshing chalk water
34:39gulp gulp bitches
34:41Hmm now velma jones my story is that she wanted to have the control of all the maple syrup
34:48She jumped into one of the bins filled with maple syrup to hide but it was too late
34:54But the police were kind enough to let her have paper napkins talk about a sticky situation
34:59oh my god my fur is ruined and like
35:02i just wanted to have all the paper syrup for myself
35:06I'm not sure how i feel about this look i'm waffling
35:12And finally sammy laundry
35:15oh god
35:16She knows how to inject a little fun into a look
35:19My inspiration for this runway is the overfilling of the gays in our community they have gone too far
35:26She found her injections on facebook marketplace and got them done in the tim hortons parking lot
35:32But you know what she's still living that's called ho talks
35:36Welcome queens
35:42Based on your talk show talent and runway presentations the judges have made some decisions
35:48When i call your name please step forward van gogh
35:53maya fox
35:55velma jones
35:56You are safe
36:02You may leave the stage
36:03The rest of you represent the tops and the bottoms of the week now it's time for the judges critiques
36:11First up saltina shaker
36:13oh
36:13As a team you were prepared
36:17And you had done your research but it was missing the dynamic talk show energy when you watch a talk show
36:24It's a back and forth it's a volley and i really felt like that was missing
36:29It felt a little bit flat and this is a daytime talk show it's supposed to be lively and engaging and it felt more like monologues
36:36Than conversations you know in a daytime format people are sitting at home during the day and they kind of want to be part of the party
36:41You kind of wanted to see you know you gals kiki-ing about
36:45Important things but having a fun time doing it
36:48I love your look your body looks amazing fantastic and i just i gagged when you came out of that medieval thing
36:55I would have loved some more medievalish hair to go with it
36:58But i appreciated the reveal and i think this is a really cool take on a perp walk thank you
37:03Next up dulce hi
37:06You were the lead moderator and that is probably the toughest job on a daytime talk show
37:10And i think you took that so seriously that you kind of got lost in the script
37:14You were well researched and you were ready to talk about your topics but it was almost like you were too ready
37:20There was a bit of a seriousness all the way through it felt like the tv turned on and you turned off
37:27I really loved a lot of moments of what you were saying but um
37:30I felt just your body language was close to the camera you could have just kind of opened your body up so we could see you a little more
37:37This is one of my favorite looks i've seen you in it's young it's fresh it's funky
37:41It's a little bit banjee a little bit shoplifting on sesame street which i love
37:46I wish i got a little bit more shoplifter from it
37:48I wish you would have pulled like 10 000 things just to really sell the idea what story you're telling
37:54Next up caramel hey
37:57I get the sense that you are a quiet personality and you're not the loudest person in the room
38:01Which is something i can very much relate to i'm the same way
38:04But challenges like these are extra hard for us
38:08Because we really have to go outside of our comfort zone and we have to go
38:11Triple what we think we should be doing it was about the energy level and i think that if you're not the most extroverted person act
38:18Just fake it till you make it first of all i actually think you have such a strong presence and i just felt yeah
38:24Maybe you're playing it a little bit safe
38:26I think this look i know this is a bank robber gets shot with like you know the die that identifies you as the robber
38:33I wasn't really getting that from this look i think the problem for me is the color
38:37I would have loved if you had done a really contrasting color so the blue dye really popped on it for me
38:43I think it's a very cool concept i just don't think it's quite fully realized thank you so much
38:48Next up ebony lavelle you were made for tv i just wanted to watch you forever
38:53You really brought the audience in and you made it fun
38:56I love the wig i love the look the beat was beaten i was channeling you oh stop it
39:01I literally got ready and was like i look like tracy marshall right now well i'm flattered
39:05You're magnetic i was drawn in i had so much fun i really felt like i was in the room when you're
39:10Comfortable the audience is comfortable and that's gold for daytime television your look tonight you know
39:15The fact that you're paying tribute to marsha p johnson her impact is immeasurable it's a little bit
39:21simple for me um and there's a little bit of a fit issue with the crotch especially if we're doing
39:26Something like a bodysuit we have to make sure it fits perfectly next up pm hi pm hi i think that's funny
39:34That your name is pm but you're really you're an am kind of queen uh because you belong on daytime
39:40i've done so many interviews and this was one of my favorites of like my whole career you connected
39:47to our special guest kaiza dancer to dancer and you also showed her that you were listening to her
39:53you showed your personality without taking over thank you your look tonight i am equally delighted
40:00and disgusted yay i feel like this is pm core and you also brought attention to a really important
40:06moment in our queer history just in a slightly more disgusting way a little bit last but certainly
40:13not least sammy landry you did such a good job being the mediator of the group like i did feel
40:20like you really anchored the the whole talk show when kaiza spoke about feeling like she was high
40:27at wembley stadium you're like i'll have what she's having you were just really listening and responding
40:32and having fun i really really enjoyed you and i did not know how you were going to do in this challenge
40:35so you really surprised me this week thank you this look looks like somebody put jimbo in the microwave
40:43this is the kind of level of crazy and manic and weird that i want to see from you you're like
40:48cindy lou who's slutty cougar stepmom tanya lou who tanya based on the judge's critiques we have made
40:57some decisions sammy landry in the challenge and on the runway you are the name on everyone's lips
41:06ebony labelle this week you spilled the tea and we loved every drop pm you were a daytime delight and
41:16on the runway you served the bathhouse down boots sammy landry congratulations you are the winner of
41:25this week's maxi challenge thank you you have won five thousand dollars cash courtesy of community one
41:33foundation ebony pm great work this week thank you saltina dulce caramel i'm sorry but that means you
41:43are the bottom queens this week sammy as this week's winner you have earned the power of the golden beaver
41:50granting you the ability to save one of the bottom queens from lip syncing for their life
41:56as you untuck the bottom three may plead their case you may leave the stage
42:05pick up your feet i gotta tidy up i gotta make sure this set's nice and clean the girls will be here
42:09any minute oh my god hurry up it's a little messy so we got the man of green gables you know doing a
42:14little bit of housekeeping her east coast is really coming out here oh they're back oh my god we've
42:20been cleaning up coming into untouched i feel so great i won this week i feel
42:30amazing i'm aware baby five thousand dollars i'm gonna go get some real injections who are the other
42:38girls in the top i have landed in the top and this makes me so excited surprise bitches i'm in the
42:51bottom yeah they just want me to like i guess like break out in my shell more i get it it's like drag
42:59it's better to go big rather than to go home so this is my first time here and it honestly it
43:05fucking sucks i know that i'm retreating a little bit i don't want that to be the reason why i go
43:13i'm not fading into the background i refuse i'm realizing that i'm worth it that i'm deserving of
43:20being here that i'm here for a reason and that i am talented let's say what do they say about you
43:26i just feel like so stupid i thought i was in the top so it makes me feel like oh obviously not
43:33like i view my drag differently i really thought i was in the top and i was gonna win and i feel like
43:39the dumbest bitch ever for like thinking that i try to listen and think of like how to do what they
43:45want us to do and i do the best and it doesn't work when has the challenge ever asked you to be serious
43:54dry and monotone i have something i want to ask from the bottom three i want to hear why you want
44:05to stay but i think also i want to hear if you stay what are specific things that you know you need to
44:12work on to go better in this competition spicy girl who died and made you brooklyn all of a sudden
44:19you're like well tell me how you're going to improve yourself how are you going to improve
44:23yourself you still well i will go first i am often afraid to come across as ironically too confident
44:31i feel that at any point that i am someone is going to tear me down someone's going to tell me
44:35that i don't deserve what the i have i relate to that yeah and this competition has made me realize
44:41that you know what maybe i do deserve this maybe i do deserve my tiktok following maybe i do deserve
44:46that win i've knocked down all those walls the self-doubt the overconfidence the arrogance the
44:52fear i want to know what's next i'm saying no matter what i bet you wish you gave the beaver to sammy
45:04baby put saltina in the bottom to make her lip sync let's go you want to get the top four spot you
45:09want to win let's see it girl fuck friendships coming here i want to show that i'm more than just
45:14somebody that control on stage i want to show more my personality it's insane the amount of growth
45:18i feel like i've learned and grown as a person and i want to continue that i want to continue to show
45:23it and to prove it fuck the noise i'm just gonna say what i have to say save me don't save me i'll turn
45:28it out well i think i'm the only one of these two that hasn't said that you should have been in the
45:32bottom or gone home so take that into consideration no you said it i'm a fierce queen you got like
45:39everything i do i've gone through like so much fucking shit and always made it through the other
45:43end i will get through this as well i will be here no matter what because i'm supposed to be here i
45:48deserve to be saved because i wasn't the worst this week and like girl i'll give you a vape

50:26Thank you so much.
50:27You may join the others.
50:29I love you so much.
50:31I'm so happy to be here with you, please.
50:35Fuck.
50:38Dulce, a queen by any other name wouldn't be as sweet.
50:43We love you.
50:45I don't think I'll ever be able to express how much being here means to me.
50:51Thank you for everything.
50:53Now sashay away.
50:59Love you so much.
51:02Well, I knew I should have gone for Drag Race Mexico.
51:05Let's go.
51:06Go.
51:11Am I happy with the placement that I got this season?
51:15Well, no.
51:16I wish I could say, well, yes, but it is what it is.
51:20Oh, my God.
51:20I just realized I didn't do the white under my eye.
51:22Girl, that's why they sent me home.
51:24I want people to know that, like, I worked really hard.
51:27If someone, like, that came from, like, where I'm from and I, like, looks what I look like, made it on to here, like, so can you.
51:34This was such a big dream of mine to be here.
51:36But it's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and I wouldn't take it back.
51:40Bye, y'all.
51:41And I'm keeping this.
51:42I don't give a fuck.
51:48Condragulations, queens.
51:49You live to slay another day.
51:52But don't get too comfortable.
51:56Oh, girl.
51:56Next week, two of you will be going home.
52:01Girl, gag it.
52:02Because the slay-offs are back.
52:06Oh, ho, ho.
52:07Now, back to our regularly scheduled programming.
52:10Yeah.
52:11The world has never needed the magic of drag more.
52:14So remember, stay true, north, strong, and...
52:19Fear.
52:21That's right.
52:21Now, let the music play.
52:23Next time on Canada's Drag Race, we have the lip-sync battle.
52:27I'm ready.
52:27These lips are ready to lip-sync, mama.
52:33Alliance.
52:34Yes.
52:35If it comes down to it, I'll pass one.
52:38Eat the peeper.
52:38That's the cheat.
52:39You know, people are looking a little sideways.
