00:00I've always been in favor of the UK and Europe using Russian state assets which are frozen in
00:06our banks to be able to support the people of Ukraine in the war that's been waged against
00:14them by Russia. It's not simple this because you don't want governments wandering all over
00:19the place and seizing other state assets or for that matter the assets of individuals.
00:24So we've had to be very careful legally about it. I'm delighted that now the European Union
00:29is able to find 90 billion euros of financial support for Ukraine. I'm delighted that's
00:36happening. I'm also pleased that we in the UK are pushing Abramovich who formerly owned Chelsea
00:42Football Club and to to honor his pledge which was to make sure that the 2.5 billion pounds
00:48that came from that sale goes to Ukraine. If he doesn't sign that off quickly then we may
00:55have to take him to court.
