El presidente de EE.UU., Donald Trump, rebajó este jueves la clasificación del cannabis para introducirlo en una categoría de drogas menos restrictiva de cara a facilitar investigaciones con esta sustancia, la cual, aclaró el mandatario, seguirá siendo ilegal a nivel Federal en lo que se refiere a su uso recreativo.

"Quiero recalcar que la orden (ejecutiva) que estoy a punto de firmar no legaliza la marihuana de ninguna manera, ni en ningún sentido, y de ninguna forma autoriza su uso como droga recreativa", dijo Trump en el acto para firmar la orden en la Casa Blanca.
