00:00Hey what's up everybody and welcome back to another video. Today I'm gonna do natural harmonics,
00:17artificial harmonics, or pinch harmonics, whistling, how to make the guitar whistle,
00:22and how to do some cool little thing. If you liked the video please hit that like button,
00:28subscribe down below. I truly appreciate it. How to make guitar sounds stick around.
00:36Now first I said natural harmonics. So there's artificial harmonics and natural harmonics. A
00:42natural harmonic is when you rest your finger over the strings not not like how you'd play this not
00:50like oh that was bad not that but more
00:57maybe I should do it on this
01:03probably too much distortion
01:11yeah that might be too much distortion but like I said uh yeah so the difference between natural and
01:19artificial is natural is you're getting the natural harmonic from the fret now where they are not
01:25normally is the 12th the 7th the 5th and now of course if you do them down here it's the 17th and the 50th
01:36you can let go and it rings out
01:39again uh different different guitars will sound different different amps will sound different
01:55different effects on the amp will make it sound different all that this is not a good example
02:00because it sounds horrible the other is artificial or pinch which is what you're doing you're you're
02:06when you pick the
02:12right when you pick it you want to hit the string with any part of your thumb you want to
02:17pick and hit the string okay the other thing is whistling
02:21now how to make it whistle like that like the common if you're whistling at someone good looking
02:33so what you do is any two strings together the higher string you go
02:41and then
02:41so like the highest string you go down and then the next string up wherever you are the next string up
02:52is down up
02:57so down down up and then the only other thing i'm gonna show is
03:11again very bad guitar very bad amp yeah it's like it's like you're doing all the natural
03:29harmonics at the same time in a sense while that string is ringing out so it's
03:33again horrible okay so that'll do it for another video until next time see you later gadoosh
