00:25Anong ginawa nila talaga?
00:26Well, basically, sir, we work on the data that we have.
00:30So, ang pinaka-nakalap po natin dyan is from the Bureau of Immigration.
00:34Indeed, they came in the Philippines on November 1st and exited on November 28th.
00:41So, they came in through Manila and then pumunta po ng Davao.
00:46For us from the Armed Forces of the Philippines, ang data po natin dyan from our field units
00:51is that there are no activities such as trainings or any local terrorist activities na nangyari dyan sa lugar.
01:02Sa lugar na pinutahan nila?
01:03Opo, sir.
01:04Ang meron tayo dyan, sir, is our sustained military operations that we have been conducting.
01:08Tuloy-tuloy naman po yan.
01:09And last week nga, sir, naiulat natin na meron nga po tayong nan-neutralize na isang amir ng LTGs po.
01:17So, ano ang reaction ng AAP dito sa mga international media organization?
01:24Binabalsagan tayong ISIS training hotspot.
01:28May ISIS ba dito?
01:29Sir, to give context to that, kung titignan mo, sir, we work on the numbers, the empirical data.
01:38So, from 2016, we began with around 1,200 ang number nitong local terrorist groups na tinutugis po natin.
01:49Now, 2025, we're down to 50.
01:53So, the numbers alone can say that there is really no such activities na kaya na nilang i-conduct.
02:00Una dyan, sir, we have been able to neutralize yung mga leadership na po nila, yung amir nila.
02:05And we know that these kinds of groups, we'd really have to work under a certain leadership.
02:10So, with us neutralizing these high-value targets, wala na silang leadership.
02:16So, they're already encountering a leadership vacuum.
02:18They're also not able to conduct large atrocities, major atrocities, kasi napakaliit na nga lang po yung numbers nila.
02:24Fragmented na rin po sila, kalat-kalat na lang rin po sila.
02:27Okay. Kung hindi ISIS, himayin pa natin.
02:30May iba bang nakontakt silang mga grupo dito na terrorist din ang kanilang mission?
02:38Kung titignan mo kasing LTGs natin, sir, talaga pong fragmented ito.
02:42Iba-ibang grupo ito. Maliliit na grupo nila.
02:45Maliliit na lang talaga.
02:46Iba-hiwalay din po sila. So, they have their own leadership and yun na po yung nan-neutralize natin.
02:54So, looking at this, we have come through leaps and bounds to our sustained military operations, our peace-building efforts.
03:02And kung titignan mo, sir, ang pinaka-show of these gains is us opening our tourism.
03:11So, kung titignan niyo, sir, ang Sulu, nagbukas na rin po siya para sa turismo.
03:17Meaning, when we open a certain portion, specifically in Mindanao for tourism, declared na yun, sir, na talaga insurgency-free na siya.
03:26Okay. Para mas malinaw sa lahat, walang training ng pang-terrorista na namomonitor kayo.
03:33Lalo na sa mga dinaanan nitong dalawang ito, mag-amang ito.
03:37Walas, sir.
03:37Wala talaga.

03:38Not even activities that are related to such.
03:43So, maganda naman yung palitan ng impormasyon ng Australian government at Pilipinas tungkol dito sa issue nito.
03:48Yes, sir. We have a very good collaboration with our counterparts.
03:52Not just Australia, but lahat.
03:54No, yung inter-community naman po natin talaga pong intact po yan, both local and abroad po.
03:59Pero nakakasama ng loob pag pilit tayong dinadamay sa issue nito.
04:04Yun nga, sir, eh. Kaya nga po ang nilalabas natin dito is actual data and the situation on the ground.
04:10So, ang ano naman natin dyan, it's not because there are, nag-transit po sa ating bansa.
04:16That means, eh, meron na po tayong mga ganitong activities.
04:20So, kaya nga po sa ating sa sandatang lakas ng Pilipinas, binibigay po natin yung actual situation on the ground to give the proper context po.
04:28Okay. Pero padila, samantala yung din naming pagkakataon, update tayo sa pag-water cannon ng China sa Sabina Shoal.
04:35Kamunsan na po yung ating mga mangingisdang nasaktan?
04:37Well, ito pong mga ganitong insidente, talaga naman puro may responde po agad ang ating pamahalaan dyan.
04:42So, at the front lines of this are BIFAR and the Philippine Coast Guard as they are the law enforcement po sa ganyan.
04:51But of course, ang ina-assure po natin sa ating mga kababayan, ang inyong sandatang lakas ng Pilipinas, hindi po tayo laging nalalayo.
04:58Patuloy po, 24-7, meron po tayong presence in our waters.
05:04So, we conduct our maritime patrols, both by sea and by air.
05:10And kahit na hindi nyo po kami nakikita, kasi syempre, gray ships po tayo, we are there for national security, but we are always there po.
05:18Okay. Paulit-ulit itong harassment ng China. May bago bang direktiba ang Pangulo?
05:21Kawag na yung sa mga incidentes at West Philippine Sea?
05:25Well, the directive remains. We are a peace-loving nation.
05:30Therefore, we do not escalate tensions.
05:32But nonetheless, sir, andyan dyan pa rin po ang guidance that we will never surrender a single inch nor a millimeter of our territory to a foreign power.

06:11And with that po, pinapakita po natin yung mga activities po ng AFP, we are modernizing.
06:18We are now in a Horizon 3 of our modernization program, sir.
06:23So we are heavily investing on maritime patrols, maritime assets, aerial assets, and cyber security.
06:30So yan po yung trench natin towards modernization.
06:34Over and above that, we're also strengthening alliances with like-minded nations and well-meaning nations.
06:38So nakikita nyo po yung mga patrols that we are conducting, exercises that we are conducting.
06:42Lumawig na siya.
06:43Andami na po na mga iba't-ibang bansa na nandi dito sharing the same goal of maintaining a free and open Indo-Pacific.
06:52Pagamat stable yung internal defense natin, pero pa-externa na rin po yung pagpapalakas natin.
06:59So ang shift po natin is from internal security operations to territorial defense.
07:03Kaya nga yan nga, sir, ito pong nakakalungkot nga na sabihin na ganyan ang bansag sa atin.
07:08Kasi we've really gone through so much to really declare ito na nga pong insurgency free na po ang ating bayan.
07:14Pwede mag-demand tayo na i-correct na rin yung ganyan ang impression na talagang itong mag-amang ito ay walang kinamang ng Pilipinas sa kanilang ginawang insidente.
