00:52gathering at the McDonald's in Downey, California. According to the tickets

01:04Cactus Jack meal. Adding to this, the site says Trav also allegedly didn't get a

01:18news. Late in the afternoon, Hollywood Unlock broke the story that Cardi B filed

01:22court documents in Georgia on Tuesday, September 15th indicating that she is

01:27seeking a dissolution of her marriage from Offset. Adding to this, TMZ reported

01:32that Cardi was asking for custody of their daughter Kulture. However, now the

01:36site also says Cardi did not know her lawyer was positioning her case this way.

01:40According to the site, Cardi wants Offset to have joint custody of Kulture and is

01:44determined to have an amicable co-parenting situation, so she is in touch with her

01:49lawyer to have documents mandated to reflect her wishes. As for why this divorce is

01:54happening, E News reports Cardi doesn't trust Offset. An insider told the site

01:58Cardi has tried to forgive him, but it has been hard for her since the last

02:03cheating scandal and there have been rumors of him being unfaithful once again.
