00:00The program for my postgraduate program was more or less a time for me to network.

00:42But I don't know, he has not started in the real estate industry.

00:46And then I saw he was doing well in this real estate industry.

00:51So I said to myself, I told you you can't talk.

00:53You know how to convince people.

00:56Why don't you consider this real estate industry?

01:00And I spoke to him and he said, that's fine.

01:02You can work with me.

01:06And I just passively, I started learning for me.

01:09Just like that, you mean work with me for free or?

01:13Yes, it was absolutely free.

01:48So I did not stop at that time and I just went fully into it.
