00:12What's up and welcome back to Cartoon Universe. For those who don't know, The Amazing Digital Circus just put out the teaser for Episode 7 over the glitched YouTube page and we're going to break it all down.
00:23He's on Netflix.
00:35The Amazing Digital Circus Episode 7, which we've known for a while now is going to be something in the future.
00:42Now we're all in the gang.
00:46Dang.
00:48Chain.
00:53And what's interesting here is he's glitching out and seeing the phrase,
00:57It's time, it's time, over and over again.
01:00Indicating that some big twist or reveal is about to happen.
01:03And we can probably guess what it's going to be about based on the rest of the teaser.
01:07The trailer has this very ominous shot of George Cade's office,
01:11with it where the actors would have seen the effect of other doors,
01:14and into the Chakra of Episode 1 where we first see the text.
01:17And the trailer seems to be hinting at the idea that it's going to be very important for our characters to get into the office,
01:23because that's how they're going to get into the exit.
01:25Now, when it comes to what's actually inside of Cade's office,
01:28one very interesting thing we see is this tiny little box that has a crystal ball in it,
01:33with some sort of image of another location.
01:35This, of course, could just be...
01:38But generally, when levels and assets aren't being used,
01:40I think there's more of a way somewhere else besides Cade's office.
01:44Instead, there seems to be some way for...
01:46That's not acceptable.
01:47That's an outpost.
01:49That's the outpost.
01:51That's the outpost.
01:52This is important because...
01:53When you're married, I'm engaged at all circus.
01:57Now, I don't think anyone is expecting this voice to actually be for a new character,
02:01and instead, most of us are expecting it to be the voice of the character Riven,
02:05someone who used to live in the circus, but who was applied to have extracted in the past.
02:09Riven being friends with a few people it seems, but most important of them was Jax,
02:13who seemed to be pretty heard about this from what we saw in the previous episodes,
02:16and this episode seems to be dealing with Jax's guilt about what happened there.
02:20Despite Cade saying in the teaser that everyone's going to be coming to the beach,
02:24it seems that Jax might actually be sitting this out after everything that went wrong in the last episode with Omby and Raggedy.
02:30Here, we have this shot of him just laying in his bed with this very dead-eyed expression.
02:34Previously, this exact image was linked to a leak from the account of his words over on X,
02:39and it seems obvious now that this was more tempting,
02:42and this is a little preview out of what to expect when the episode was still in its original date.
02:47Now, if you zoom in on this image, you can see on the wall in the background that there's actually a photo of Jax with people in the circus that he seems to have actually considered his friend.
02:57In this photo, he has not just himself, who he of course obviously cares about, but also Cosmo,
03:03a character he was supplied to not have really cared about because of the way he avoided his view,
03:07though others took this as a clue that he was actually really close to Cosmo and couldn't be able to disappear.
03:12Also in this photo, however, and harder to see, is the character Ribbon.
03:16Jax definitely has some serious and complex feelings.
03:20It does look like we'll actually be seeing the inside of Jax's room, aside from this one corner of a close-up with him,
03:26as we have this animation in the episode of the door slowly opening for Jax's room.
03:30Certain things we see in other shots that seem to be clearly related to him.
03:34The most important of these is this bucket of keys, as Jax claimed earlier in the series to have the keys to every person's room.
03:41With the tile floor in the background, I don't imagine this shot to actually be from his room,
03:45but if the other characters went in there and found this bucket of keys,
03:48they may be trying to use it in order to get into Kane's office, which we saw earlier.
03:52My theory is that Kane's gonna begin glitching out somewhere inaccessible,
03:56and he's gonna end up in a frozen state with this blue screen of death as they used to go.
04:00With that in mind, the characters would have to re-enter the circus on their own
04:04and go exploring for a way to help Kane, or at least help themselves,
04:07and his absence will also be leading to the idea that there's some sort of exit that's being kept open.
04:12Along the way, they would probably try to find Jax, and even if he was in his room at first,
04:16he might have gone off somewhere else whenever we got back with her trip.
04:19And because of that, when they go into his room, they may find a lot of secrets there,
04:23including this bucket of keys, which we could use to enter Kane's office.
04:27Now, we've seen Kane's office before, and it looks like a pretty normal office that any human could have,
04:32but in the trailer, we also get this glitched out little shot of what looks like a surreal labyrinth of madness
04:37that only Kane could get up with.
04:39And if I had to guess, this is probably gonna need this real office or some location attached to him.
04:44With everything else Kane designs being more so for humans,
04:47this might be the only location where the surreal nonsense actually makes sense to him.
04:51But it could also be a labyrinth of horrors that he constructed in order to keep Mommy and the others away from the exit
04:57if he is in fact the one who has created the exit and is trying to keep him from running.
05:01Even beyond the mysterious voice mentioning an exit, the trailer seems to be hinting at it a lot by having this shot,
05:07which I believe to actually be jacked before opening from the inside,
05:11but then it suddenly comes away to this freestanding door in the middle of the open circuits,
05:15perhaps another recorded door that they're trying one of those keys on for the bucket that they found earlier.
05:20We also get this other shot that shows the beach location,
05:23but what looks like an exit door appearing there,
05:25similar to the exit door that Pommy saw in the first episode.
05:28But this is blurred out, so it's hard to say what it actually means here.
05:31or even that this is an actual shot of the episode and not just sort of a promotional image of the teaser.
05:37Finally, in what is probably the creepiest shot in the entire teaser,
05:40we have this quick cutaway where we can't exactly see what's going on in the background,
05:44but we do have this weird image of the mannequin.
05:47This is interesting as it doesn't look like there's a camera pointed at the mannequin,
05:50but rather there's a camera in the show that the mannequin is pointing at himself,
05:54and on his face we can also see this very creepy smiley picture.
05:58Most of the mannequins don't have any face at all from what we've seen.
06:01But we have seen that there appears to be at least one mannequin existing in the background of the circus
06:06who's becoming more and more sepian,
06:08who a lot of fans want to believe is actually a pre-existing character who did truly extract,
06:13possibly a character like Riven.
06:15Fans are expecting to at least meet in the portal flashback,
06:18but who could potentially come back in some other form just like this.
06:22However, with all the glitches and things going on,
06:24this doesn't have to be any sort of part-seeker character,
06:27and could just be an amalgamation of programming and humans,
06:29or any other combination of names that just goes horribly horribly wrong
06:33and creates some sort of mannequin-type monster.
06:36This does appear to be a mannequin that has been popping up in the background of the circus in the previous episodes,
06:42and even in this trailer when we see this giant open shot on the hallway,
06:46and you see the man in the background,
06:48you'll notice this mannequin popping out and looking at you from around the corner,
06:51the same way he did in all the previous episodes.
06:54The Amazing Digital Circus is a show that really doesn't pull any punches,
06:58and even with a teaser that seems like it's giving away a lot of the plot.
