chick breast patties

00:00morning tonight so let's do some cooking these extra patties here only take 15
00:14minutes that we made that club sandwich with so first we're gonna get this six
00:21ounce box of stuffing here chicken stuffing one and a half cups of water
00:27and four tablespoons of butter which is half of one of these sticks so I think one
00:44two three we'll just take it half the soft water out there line it up yeah belt there good enough
01:09put it in that water this is so easy that's why I like making that stuff fast
01:19meanwhile let's put these patties in here we're gonna make
01:28little palms but first let's get this cranberry going just slice it up whoa a little thicker
01:47I want that cold put it in the refrigerator for now
02:04all right so that butters melted turned it down to low you can microwave this stuff too take that bag
02:27open it up I'll just need a fork for this one so as you pour it in five minutes it says
02:39turn that down to low
02:43now on these patties I'm gonna bake 425 where's that 400 now we got to check check with that
03:04425 I'm gonna heat them up first we got a little leftover spaghetti sauce a couple slices of cheese if you want
03:27yeah like cheese on everything
03:38all right so we're waiting about 10 minutes and then we're gonna add a little sauce just on the patties
03:53because it's basically chicken dinner I'll be right back look at that how fast there's a stuffing let's put a lid on it
04:08put it to the back maybe heat it up again at the end of the chicken
04:19and then maybe get out some grated cheese if you have it
04:32okay so what I'm gonna do here
04:45is open up the sauce just gonna put
04:52as we discussed before they really don't taste like you know the chicken you usually cook
05:03but I'm just gonna put very little
05:08you don't want to make it this into a spaghetti
05:13put the sauce on the bottom
05:19now you move it around it's probably gonna dry up right on the
05:32the patty and we'll put more sauce on the top
05:39maybe add some of this
05:44add some of this grated cheese
05:49and just take a slice of cheese press it on the top
05:58reason I'm doing this is if you ever had those veal parms in the frozen section this is what the
06:09chicken reminds me of so I'm gonna make little chicken parms
06:16oh and there's dessert got the lemon pie tonight the instant pudding lemon pie
06:33add a little cleanup hot and stinky all ready to serve maybe move the cranberry
06:54to the freezer for a few minutes
07:01let's see how it's doing
07:06all looking good
07:09little parms
07:11I don't know if I should put some hot sauce on that
07:14and once it reaches 15 minutes and the cheese is melted you could shut off
07:21shut off the oven
07:25maybe even let a little heat out
07:33cranberry back into the cooler
07:36we don't want to freeze it just want it chilly
07:43now if you didn't feel like stuffing
07:46maybe some rice-a-roni
07:49your choice
07:51we'll make this another time though
07:54that way let's see what the plate is gonna look like
07:58put a big old mound of stuffing here
08:06some of that cranberry all done
