00:10Speaking in Tashkent, EU ambassador Toiva Klar outlined Brussels' priorities for the coming years,

00:21as the region moves closer to the EU's long-term strategic agenda ahead of 2026.
00:27We have had discussions on critical raw materials, on how we can extract and how we can process
00:40critical raw materials in Central Asia and then transport them to Europe.
00:44We have already seen positive results, but certainly there is much more potential.
00:50For Brussels, the focus is not only on access to resources, but on building value chains with local processing,
00:56technology transfer and reliable transport routes linking Central Asia to European markets.
