02:41and with, you know, I feel like this song and this part of the show is so important

02:46to me because I've had to remind myself lately to be so kind to myself, you know.

02:52And I wrote for the past few months this album called Romance, which is all about falling

02:58in love and love songs.

03:00But the funny thing is that all of this journey always just brings me back to myself, you know.

03:08I think that the person that you need to fall in love with the most, the person that you

03:11need to be the kindest to, the person that you need to be the most patient and care with,

03:15is actually you, you know.

03:20And I think that like anytime that I struggle, like I just, I look around the room and I feel

03:31the human in all of us, you know.

03:34I feel the, sorry, I don't know why I'm getting so emotional, but like, I just love you so much that

03:42whenever you guys reach out to me and you say that you're struggling, I can just, I feel like so empathetic to that.

03:52And like I can feel that looking around here.

03:54And so I just got emotional because I just wanted to remind you, just like I have to remind myself,

04:02to please be loving and kind with yourself.
