00:00So we're also celebrating the holidays.
00:01I'm wondering for you guys this year, how do the holidays feel different now that you're in a better place with Teresa and the families all together?
00:08I mean, it doesn't feel that different, honestly.
00:10It kind of feels normal, but it's a lot more peaceful knowing that everyone can relax and not stress out,
00:16that there's no more, like, arguing going on, and no one has to worry about what the other person is going to say.
00:21Everything can just be peaceful like it always should have been, honestly.
00:25What are your plans for the holidays? How are you going to celebrate together?
00:27Well, we're going to be at my house for Christmas Eve.
00:30So, yeah, everyone's going to come, all the kids, you know, Louie, Louie's kids, so we'll all just be together.
00:36And we'll have a lot of our friends coming, too.
00:39So exciting. And, Joe, I know you have reunited with Gia, and I'd love to see that you guys are spending so much time together.
00:43How is building that relationship been, as well?
00:45Oh, it's great. She's like a second daughter to me.
00:49You know, she's great. I really can't say nothing about it.
00:53Melissa, we really admire you as a businesswoman.
00:57I'm wondering if you have any tips for women looking to start their own businesses.
01:02I mean, I would say just go for it.
01:04There was always a lot of hesitation and, like, wanting to hold back.
01:07But I feel like if you just dive in, go for it.
01:10But my biggest tip is you have to work for your own company.
01:13Like, I work hard. I work. It's all me, you know.
01:17So you can't just hire a bunch of people and make them work for you.
01:20Like, I get in there. I grind every day.
01:22My family sees, you know, how hard I work on my—
01:25I really put my personal touch onto everything.
01:29So if I have to give advice, that's the number one thing.
01:31Like, you have to invest yourself, and it needs to be something you really believe in,
01:35and that's authentic to you.
