00:05Pinangunahan ni PNP Acting Chief Police Lieutenant General Jose Melencio Nartates Jr.

00:11ang simultaneous oath-taking at donning of ranks sa Camp Krame at iba pang police regional offices sa bansa.

00:19Sa 10,297 PNP personnel na napromote, 474 dito ay police commissioned officer o may rangong lieutenant pataas.

00:29Habang 9,823 naman ang police non-commissioned officer o may rangong patrolman pataas.

00:37Paalala ni Nartates sa mga bagong promote na polis, maglingkod ng may integridad.

00:43Pinayuhan niya rin ang mga ito na magservisyo ng tama at palaging tandaan ang karangalan ng pagsusuot ng kanilang uniforme.

00:51Git niya na ang mas mataas na ranggo ay may kaakibat na mas mataas na pananagutan na dapat itong gampanan.
