00:34However, it seems like someone just green-shelled him now
00:38as he's being sued by a gaming company.
00:41Page Six reports the company Control Freak alleges that the artist
00:44sold Cactus Jack branded game controller thumbsticks
00:47after his virtual Fortnite concerts.
00:50Well, the company claims La Flame quote
00:52reproduced Control Freak's copyright protected photos of its products
00:57and merely modified the images by superimposing the Cactus Jack logo design
01:02over the top of the Control Freak thumbstick.
01:04The company claims Travis's ads created confusion within the gaming community
01:08and they've received refund requests for a product they weren't producing.
01:12Control Freak also reveals their image is taking a bit of a hit
01:15with fans complaining about the product quality
01:18and associating it with the Control Freak brand.
01:21The company also alleges that the product packaging is another copyright violation
01:25since their company's slogan and bullet points are being used.
01:29But okay, from Freak Nation to eight-legged freaks.
01:32Boom! Nailed that transition.
01:33Let's talk about Kim freaking out over her daughter's love of spiders.
01:37In a new preview of Keeping Up, which I keep forgetting airs on Thursdays now,
01:41Kim, who's very afraid of spiders, reveals North is obsessed with them.
01:45Kim even tells Khloe she tried to bribe a pet store owner
01:48into telling North that spiders don't make great pets,
01:51but the owner only hyped them up even more.
01:53Probably because Kim's $100 offer is nothing compared to solid PR.
01:58However, the weirdest reveal during this preview
02:00might have been Khloe's irrational fear of whales.
02:03Not the country. The animal.
02:05When Kim brings it up, Khloe says, quote,
02:08Stop it! Who would even approach a big-ass whale?
02:11Aside from gambling addicts and seamen, the answer would be no one
02:16because they're located in the ocean, not in your living room.
02:23Moving along to Kylie Jenner now because the Libkit mogul recently posted
02:27some thirst traps for America and it has done numbers.
02:30According to TMZ, after Kylie posted a bikini photo urging fans to register
02:34and vote for the upcoming election, the voting organization she promoted
02:37saw a 1,500% increase in registrations.
02:40Apparently, that's about 50,000 registered voters.
02:43TMZ reports that vote.org just had 3,000 registrations the day before.
02:47What a difference.
