00:05night service as well as a lot of the operations going on at the church. Now
00:09my name is Lakin, I'm the outreach pastor and I also help pastor the Gilbert
00:12campus and we have a massive announcement for you. You know we're
00:16always at Living Word, we're always looking to better serve people and so
00:22when we got the opportunity to upgrade our church management software system, we
00:26knew that we had to take it. Because here's what we're gonna do, instead of
00:30having four to five different apps and services for things like kids check-in
00:36and then giving and then event registration, what we're doing is we're
00:40upgrading and we're combining all of those things into one and so this is
00:44important for the entire church but this is specifically very important for people
00:49who check in your kids to our kids ministry, shout out to the kids team
00:52they're the best, people who give regularly. It's gonna change the giving
00:56platform and then people that want to join ministries, Bible studies or events.
01:01This is a huge impact for you. Yeah we hope you guys realize too, we hear your
01:07feedback and we do something with that information and it's our goal to make
01:11your life easier and the experience at church even more enjoyable. So this is the
01:16news, this is what we're doing. We are moving to Planning Center, that's the
01:20software company name on January 1st. So what this means, all online giving,
01:26electronic giving starting January 1st, will have a new link. So if you go to
01:31livingwordgive.com and you click the link, it's just gonna look different. It's the
01:35same process for you, the page is just gonna look a little bit different. The big
01:39thing is the Living Word app that we have is changing. We're getting a better one.
01:44Yes, 100% and you are going to download an app called Church Center and then you
01:50search Living Word Mesa in the app and in there is when you can log into your
01:54profile. It's gonna be super easy, you're going to put in your phone number, it's
01:58going to text you a code and it's going to link you to your profile. If you don't
02:02have your phone number in the system you can do your email. Okay, this is one of the
02:06easiest things that we can do for you and we want to help with the transition. If you
02:10have any questions, his name is Pastor Scott Anderson and he wants to hear, I'm
02:15just kidding, it's gonna be me. I'm gonna be at a table the weekends of January 3rd
02:20and 4th in the 10th and 11th to help anybody with any questions. Yeah, but if
02:25you've had a touchpoint account and your family's in there and that's where
02:28you checked in your kids, we've done the heavy lifting and we've transferred
02:31that data into this new one and Planning Center is the number one app and the
02:36number one church management software in the United States and so this is a
02:40massive upgrade for our church family. The system is technically live right now so
02:45if you are a very ambitious person you wanted to get ahead and log into your
02:48profile, you totally could. But giving and your giving statements for all of 2025
02:54will be handled in the old system so it's just new giving online and new check-in
03:00for kids under the new system will start January 1st which for us that weekend
03:05is gonna be the 3rd and the 4th. So check out this app.
