00:00Now things weren't just rough between the brothers.
00:02In his memoir, Prince Harry recalled the now infamous moment
00:05when his wife Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton had it out via text in May 2018
00:10and Meghan was left in tears.
00:13According to Harry, Kate texted Meghan four days before their wedding
00:16to complain about Prince Charlotte's dress not fitting properly.
00:20Kate allegedly wrote,
00:21Charlotte's dress is too big, too long, too baggy.
00:23She cried when she tried it on at home.
00:26Meghan, who was also dealing with her estranged father's drama at the time,
00:29gave herself a day to respond and wrote,
00:32I told you that Taylor has been standing by since 8 a.m. here at KP Kensington Palace.
00:37Can you take Charlotte to have it altered as the other moms are doing?
00:40Harry said Kate was displeased with the response and wanted the dress entirely remade,
00:45adding that the Duchess of Cambridge had other problems
00:47with the way Meg was planning her wedding.
00:50After some back and forth, Kate agreed to visit a tailor
00:52while Meghan was reportedly left sobbing on the floor.
00:55Recall the rumor was originally that Meghan made Kate cry ahead of her wedding,
00:59but according to Harry, it was the opposite.
