The survival of mankind hangs in the balance when Set (Gerard Butler), the merciless god of darkness, usurps Egypt's throne and plunges the prosperous empire into chaos and conflict. 00:21When Set launched his sudden rebellion, the old king was killed,

00:25and my beloved Horus had his eyes torn away.

01:30After the danger passed, Horus told me his plan.

01:34He wanted to use the waters of creation to extinguish the desert fire hidden within Set's pyramid.

01:39This was the only way to defeat him.

01:41But to get close, we had to answer the riddle guarded by the Sphinx.

01:45So we sought out the God of Wisdom.

01:49Hoping he could help us solve the riddle.

01:51Just as we managed to unlock the answer, Set appeared in an ambush.

01:58At that moment, Beck seized the waters of creation.

02:03When Set revealed the truth, Horus had been lying to him all along.
