00:00I seek refuge in God from Satan, the accursed.
00:07In the name of God, the most gracious, the most merciful
00:16And We gave Luqman wisdom, [saying], "Be grateful to God."
00:34And whoever is grateful is only grateful for his own benefit.
00:45And whoever disbelieves, then indeed, God is Self-Sufficient and Praiseworthy.
00:59And when Luqman said to his son, while advising him
01:11O my son, do not associate anything with God.
01:20Indeed, associating partners with God is a great injustice.
01:33God
01:35And We have enjoined upon man [care] for his parents. His mother carried him, and he was in a state of weakness.
01:54And We have enjoined upon man [care] for his parents. His mother carried him, [increasing her] weakness upon weakness.
02:13And his weaning is in two years
02:20God
02:21Thank me and your parents for the final destination.
02:32And if it comes to you that you should associate with Him that of which you have no knowledge
02:53God
02:54God
02:55God
02:57Their companion in this world is well-known
03:07God
03:08And if it comes to you that you should associate with Him that of which you have no knowledge
03:22Their companion in this world is well-known
03:37And follow the path of those who turn to Me
03:52Follow the path of those who turn to Me in repentance. Then to Me is your return, and I will inform you of what you used to do.
04:21God
04:22God Almighty has spoken the truth.
04:28First of all, Sheikh Mohammed, I am very happy for you, I am extremely happy.
04:35Yesterday I was browsing and I found a clip of you reciting verses from Surah Taha
04:43You were leading the people in prayer, and the video is circulating with its title.
04:48He is a giant among the giants of recitation at Al-Azhar
04:52I was very happy and recorded it. I kept the clip and gave it a title: "He is one of our dear sons."
05:03I am honored to be with God, the minister of God.
05:06Sheikh Mohammed, I noticed something in you, whether in the previous qualifiers or in the times I greeted you and checked on you here in the competition.
05:16I noticed several things about you
05:19Number one, the young man who has memorized and mastered the Holy Quran
05:25Number two, proud of his Azharite turban
05:29Number three, polite, gentle, and well-mannered
05:33Number four ambition
05:36Number five, the little bird that sings the Holy Quran
05:43God bless
05:44God bless
05:45Allah is great
05:46We have healed you, Khalid, and I have removed God's curse upon you.
05:48This means it's an honor I cherish, by God.
05:51I am very happy with all the details I saw in you and heard from you.
05:55I am so happy, I swear to God
05:56God willing, very soon.
05:59This means we are offering a precious and valuable gift to the great people of Egypt and to the whole world.
06:05Represented by Sheikh Mohammed Ahmed Hassan
06:07Thank you very much
06:08Thank you very much
06:10Sheikh Muhammad Ahmad Hassan's recitation was very, very beautiful and masterful.
06:15But whoever has something like that, let them start with the word "thank you".
06:21He should have said, "And his weaning is in two years. Be grateful to Me and to your parents; to Me is the final destination."
06:28This isn't all that I read, but his reading was good and excellent.
06:32This also means, as a precedent
06:36It is suitable to record a recited Quran
06:40God willing, it will happen, God willing, God willing.
06:42God willing
06:43God willing
06:44Thank you very much
06:46Mohammed, may God bless him, firstly I have to say he looks so stylish
06:52This elegance is beautiful
06:54God willing, it is required
06:56Secondly, he gave a wonderful recitation.
07:00Bayat, a thousand branches of Bayat, know that he knows the branches of the mothers, the name of the Shura.
07:04Then he went to Rast, then to Ajam, then to Bayat, then to Kurd
07:08And in the end, he impressed us with a sentence like "Keda Ajam" and ended with "Bayat".
07:11Of course, we write every letter; they say to use all of his voice.
07:17From decision to answer to answer to answer
07:19It means review
07:21I can even hear people behind me in the audience saying this is a reading for adults.
07:26This means that I feel that he didn't greet you, but rather he greeted your father and the family who cared for you, they are the ones who should greet you.
07:35And I pray to God that our Lord will grant you a long night, nothing more than that.
07:40Sheikh Mohammed, you are truly a great man, may God bless you.
07:43May God elevate your mother, our esteemed doctor.
07:44Not small
07:45May God reward you with good.
07:46And I mean, I love your eyes before I hear your voice.
07:49May God grant you acceptance
07:51But it's just like Sheikh Hassan told you
07:53It was more appropriate because the verse begins by saying, "And We have enjoined upon mankind [care] for your parents."
07:58Okay? So what's the advice? Thank me and your parents.
08:02So you said, "His weaning is in two years, thank you."
08:06Okay? And the singing is just a little simple, I want you to fix it, but overall, it's beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, God willing.
08:14May God protect you and increase the number of people like you.
08:16And I love you
08:20Of course, everyone must accept opinions and criticism, whether positive or negative.
08:26And of course I accept it with the utmost respect and appreciation.
08:30Of course, a person must improve themselves and work on their mistakes, whether they are mistakes
08:38Sheikh Hassan, if someone else is commenting on it or making mistakes, then the person must learn from those mistakes and correct them, God willing.
08:46Our master, Sheikh Muhammad, teaches us how to receive praise and criticism.
08:52We learned this a long time ago: when someone praises another, they should remain silent and not deny the praise, but rather listen and then say, as our master said, "May God reward you."
09:05Many people, when someone praises them, say, "No, by God, I'm not like that. No, God forbid, that's not how it should be. This is a blessing from God."
09:13Our master teaches us how a person should receive what is said. When some of our masters and scholars made a remark—a remark that could be considered criticism—he listened without arguing or correcting the sheikhs. Instead, he smiled and said, "Yes, I am here to learn."
09:31So you, sir, taught us the etiquette of giving and the etiquette of receiving criticism, the latter being a crucial matter.
09:43Parents ask their children how to pray before even discussing prayer itself. The Quran mentions that the first thing Prophet Luqman taught his son was monotheism: to be devoted to God, to love God, and to see no one in this world as the sole provider and benefactor except God.
10:01O my son, do not associate anything with God, for associating partners with Him is a great injustice. When children hear the call to prayer, they will become attached to God and will rise to pray.
10:08We do not present the command to pray as if the children themselves know who God is, so that they may glorify the call of the Lord of the Worlds, the Most High.
