00:06It's a program for student assessment,

00:08program for international student assessment.

00:12It assesses students globally

00:16on their comprehension skills,

00:19whether they can really read clearly,

00:22and science and mathematics.

00:27It's a long-standing program.

00:30Several decades old.

00:32We participated in it,

00:34and then we have dropped out,

00:36and we have refused to again participate.

00:39Reason?

00:40The last time we participated,

00:43we barely avoided the last rank,

00:46and China topped.
