Undercover detective Donny Furgill is having a bad year. The mean streets of Vancouver are beginning to take their toll and Donny is looking for a way out. After finding a large amount of drugs washed up on the North Shore, Donny must decide to do the right thing and turn the drugs in or pedal them to the highest bidder.
Local mobsters are after him. His boss is after him. His own conscience is after him.
