00:31for $14 million after only living there for a little over a year. According to

00:37the outlet Ariana originally purchased this property for $13.7 million so she's

00:41made a nice little profit while selling it. This sale also comes just weeks after

00:45the singer was granted a five-year restraining order against a stalker

00:50who allegedly brandished a large hunting knife at this very same home. Recall

00:55Ariana's statement revealed that the stalker allegedly threatened to kill her

00:59and that she was fearful for her and her family's safety. But okay let's just jump

01:04into this Selena Gomez and Chris Evans story. Recall a few weeks ago we reported

01:09that Selenators believed with all their hearts that there was something going on

01:13between these two after it was revealed that Chris was following Selena on the

01:18gram. It's always a hint that something's going on. Mind you the Captain America star

01:22follows only 173 people. Well this week fans have another theory that there is

01:27something and this time it's on Chris's Instagram story. Chris posted a short

01:31clip of himself playing the piano and some fans noticed that there was a

01:35brunette's reflection in the lower left corner of the video. In light of all these

01:39rumors neither Chris nor Selena have either publicly commented on this. But it is

01:45worth noting the Only Murders in the Building star did call the Marvel star very

01:58American Music Award nominations. The organization released their list for this

02:02upcoming year and these two are leading with seven and six nods

02:06respectively. Olivia is making her debut this year with seven nominations. That's

02:11huge including artists of the year and new artists of the year. On the other hand

02:16five-time AMA winner The Weeknd has been nominated for artists of the year as

02:19well as favorite music video and favorite pop song. These two are also

02:23battling it out against Ariana Grande, BTS, Drake and Taylor Swift for artists of

02:28the year award. The event is set to take place in Los Angeles on November 21st and

02:32the winners will be solely based on fan vote. So make sure you guys vote for your
