00:07Kelsey like the six weeks after we met I was just sitting on my couch in a in my lounge room watching

00:13her perform on the TV one morning the ads were on and I put it on mute for a second I was playing

00:18guitar and and what I love about that song is that it's it's this moment it's like it wasn't

00:24like we were sitting down trying to like write a song that day it just sort of came out and I

00:28still believe the best the best moments of songs are those ones that are like those pure moments

00:33of inspiration we actually finished the record and turned it in and Kelsey asked me to go sing

00:41some backing vocals on her album unapologetically I was like I'd love to do that you know like what

00:47an honor but if I sing on yours will you sing on and so we took Dance With Me back and we reopened

00:55reopened the session and got her in to sing and it was just her and my producer and I in the studio
