Hi, I'm Amanda Orso. I am known as the Hilo Hostess and I am here in Calabasas,

California tonight setting up a fundraising dinner for Caitlyn Jenner. We

are celebrating her bid for California State Governor and we're about to have a

fabulous event. I wanted to give you a behind-the-scenes look at how I sort of

pull this together and because I'm the Hilo Hostess I'd like to show you how I

incorporate some of my high-end items along with some of my low-end items. Of

course tonight most of these items are a little bit on the higher end but I still

like to incorporate some low-end things when I can and I really think that's

how it all comes together. It's just like fashion it's wearing your Hermes bag with

your Zara dress. So here we have this really beautiful handmade beaded charger

this of course was a pricier item but underneath it I have a really simple

vinyl charger underneath. I love to layer my pieces and using this really simple

piece from Home Depot which was about 99 cents really adds something to the table

and it adds something to each place setting without me having to spend a lot

of money. I think that's like a really great tip is look for things that aren't a

ton of money that you might be able to layer into your tablescape that can

really add something without spending a bunch of money. So I love to end any

fantastic dinner party with a fabulous gift bag or party favor that our guests

can go home with. I'm actually gonna start with the wrapping paper I found this

really a beautiful wrapping paper and I am going to use this to wrap these

wonderful chocolate bars. I love this brand Comparte's chocolate. They have two

flavors here this is California Dreaming and California Love in addition.

Brightland is another California LA based olive oil brand. These candles and it's

actually a candle and a mug. This is wild state of mind. They actually give back to

forestry and it's a wonderful company. And finally the last thing that will go in our gift bag

are these just really sort of cute dish towels. And as you can see here all of

our colors once again all go together. I think our guests will love it.
