01:16Women 3.0 stood for empowerment, entering workplaces, politics and professions.
01:26Women 4.0 sought equality, fighting for representation and recognition.
01:32We need to change the attitude with which we look at women.
01:42A progressive society does not say she is just a woman.
01:46It says, she is unequal, she is capable and she is powerful.
01:53Women don't need permission.
01:56They need opportunity.
01:58They don't need protection.
02:00They need respect.
02:01They don't need sympathy.
02:03They need equality.
02:05Mindset is not changed by laws alone.
02:09It changes when homes change, families change and thinking changes.
02:15When a woman hears her parents say, we trust you.
02:22When a husband says, go ahead, I am with you.
02:26And when children say, we are proud of you.
02:29Something magical happens.
02:32She gains confidence.
02:34She begins to believe in herself.
02:37She becomes ready to face the world.
02:40Confidence is the first gift a family can give a woman.
02:44And I stand before you as an example of that.
