00:24According to court documents obtained by The Blast,
00:26a photographer named Angela Ma is reportedly suing Kendall and her company, Kendall Jenner Inc.,
00:31for copyright infringement.
00:33The New York-based artist said she took a video of the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star
00:36while walking around the Big Apple.
00:38She obtained a copyright for her video from the U.S. Copyright Office.
00:42However, she claims that Jenner took the video and put it all over her Instagram.
00:46Speaking of mistakes on Instagram, Kim Kardashian's being called out for another apparent Photoshop fail.
