00:28Both governments have highlighted the strength of the U.S.-Japan alliance amid rising tensions over Taiwan.

00:39With respect to China, the president also has a good working relationship with President Xi,
00:44which he believes is a good thing for our country.
00:47And he believes that the United States should be in a position to have a good working relationship with China
